Super 8 by Wyndham Mississauga

Booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub, only to go use it with my family and the pool was ICE cold, and the Hot Tub was mildly warm, but colder than a bath tub would be. There was also a green slime on the wall of the hot tub. Disappointed to say the least. Breakfast was limited, and freezing in the eating area. Nice floors in the room though.

I booked this hotel via a hotwire price deal for a three day business trip. When I first realised what hotel I had been awarded from the choice of 4 guaranteed hotels and after viewing the photos, website and reading reviews I was tempted to book another hotel, however, I've got to admit, Super 8 was an extremely pleasant surprise. Check in was efficient, the hotel common areas were comfortable and clean, the rooms were well facilitated with everything you would need for a short and comfortable stay and the standard of cleanliness impeccable (trust me, I'm a 'neat freak'!). Fantastic hotel for the price paid, I would definitely stay again.

Not fancy, but clean and pleasant service. Lots of amenities. Breakfast: coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, milk, hot chocolate, raisin bran , corn flakes, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, croissants, danish, apples, oranges. Not gourmet but you won't go hungry!

Made a reservation at this hotel, plans change and had to cancel. The night audit customer service really needs to learn how to be a bit more polite. He was very rude when he answered the phone, when he answered Super 8 I asked him of I could cancel a reservation he puts me on hold without even informing me, comes back on the line 3 mins later asking my name so I tell him, then he says to me cancelled. I ask for an email confirmation, he says yup then says done. I preceded to thank the gentleman and he hangs up. I am so glad I decided to change hotels. The customer service is HORRIBLE.

Hotel rooms aren't bad for a super 8. I think the room needs a bigger TV. Service up front could be better but overall, not bad.
