The best part of this hotel is that they have a bar and restaurant, which the food was pretty good. Second night there, the bartender tried to tell me US dollar was same value as Canadian dollar which is definitely not true. When I pulled out my phone and googled the conversion rate, he gave me my money. Not impressed. Hotel looks fancy on the surface, but closer examination reveals peeling wallpaper, shower handle fell off, and many things run down. It's definitely more "Park Inn" than "Radisson". But it is a fairly cheap price, so decent value I guess?

The hotel itself is beautiful - with a decidedly Greek style of decor. Rooms are spacious and clean, with the luxuries of home. Beds are much too firm for my liking. I couldn't hear my neighbours, and the only noise seemed to be from the airplanes at the airport nearby, but they didn't disturb my sleep. Breakfast is a glorified continental breakfast, but tasty and definitely some variety. They did have trouble keeping up with the demand of food and drinks, but setting was lovely. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have an option for both a wet and dry sauna. The floor in the wet sauna was dirty and gritty though. Buttons for dry sauna were missing their covers and I was afraid of getting shocked by it. The rail for the hot tub was loose, and there were sharp stucco type edges to the walls and floor of the pool. Even the hot tub had a few sharp pieces and my kids got cut three times to the point that they were bleeding and I had to use their first aid kit. There is a vending machine but no change available. Staff was friendly but housekeeping staff were rather reckless. I had arranged for a late check out and after using the pool in the morning, I brought the kids back up to the room to find that housekeeping hadn't cleaned, but left my door propped open giving anyone and everyone access to my wallet, laptop, and our medications. Staff were not at my room, so I called down to the front desk to complain. They denied it happened until I got a bit upset about it, then they apologized and said they would talk to their staff.

If you’re looking for a place to stay with a more “homey” feel, then this is it. The rooms come with a seating/living room area that includes a television and an electric fire place, a mini kitchenette that includes a fridge, a sink, a microwave and cupboards and of course the surprisingly large bathroom with a HUGE mirror. The bedroom includes a television, as well, and many dressers to store your belongings. Very well kept and so beautiful. I was also very impressed with their “do not disturb” switch, it’s inside the room therefore no one can take the door hanger off the door and sabotage your sleep. The only reason I haven’t given this hotel 5 stars is because they didn’t inform us that the lights in the room would only work once we put the room key into a sensor. We got to our room at night and couldn’t see anything, drove ourselves crazy trying to figure out all the switches.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The service was very poor, breakfast is included in price but there is no variety, everything tastes disgusting and staff did not refill food or drinks when they ran out. There was also no hot water in my room and when we called the front desk they sent maintenance up and they did not do anything to help get somewhat warm water. When returning from work around 8:30pm there was no parking and I was forced to park across the street in a parking lot that they claim is “extra parking” when it is actually a lot that has no security at all. My room included a fireplace but it did not work. As well as when the air conditioner was turned on it made a lot of noise causing it to be hard to sleep. The so called “gift shop” also had no stalk except for a vending machine for pops that was over half empty. This hotel appears very nice on the surface when it is actually a run down place with accommodations that do not work and staff that is no help at all.

Bad beds. They keep boilers temp down to save on energy costs. Unless you like lukewarm showers, thats not your place to stay. Me and my staff Cant get a good hot shower or bath in this place. Made 3 complaints (politely). No results. Cold breakfast. Stale bread. Staff apologizes but thats where it stops. No result.
