Wonderful hotel, staff is courteous and very professional.... spent 15 mins trying to find a room with exactly what we wanted even offered to bump someone to help out due to handicap... Excellent condition very clean, and housekeeping was so sweet!

Had an okay stay here. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. It was a little tough getting into the building with my luggage as there is a high curb except at the front entrance where there is a car blocking the path inside. Inside my room the carpet was a little messy with popcorn scattered around and under the furniture. The carpeted area around the window was wet due to condensation coming from the window and possibly the heating/cooling unit. Besides that everything was okay. Breakfast is included which is great. The breakfast area is very spacious, clean and uncluttered.

The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. I know this because I have been awake for the past 3 hours counting the seconds between flyovers.

Nice hotel. I love holiday inns because it’s so consistent through the brand. This one is no exception. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to restaurants (2 short blocks from Boston pizza, moxies, Montana’s, subway,) cineplex nearby. I was here for business I only gave four stars NOT because the hotel did anything wrong but because it’s located directly across from a peanut processing plant (Trophy nuts). The smell in the air and in the hotel is quite strong. Whenever my furnace kicks on, the smell wafts into my room. This does not bother me, bit I’m writing this so someone may see the review and take note if there is a severe peanut allergy in your family where even the smell can upset them, I would AVOID this hotel. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

The accommodations are decent. Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Room was spacious had decent amenities for my business purposes. I asked for a room with a good view (trees, the highway, etc) the person who checked me said "all the views are the same" ). They must have a lot of trash in this hotel. I woke up and went to sleep faced by industrial sized dumpsters. My fellow business partners did not face that issue. Traveling while black and female...
