We were quickly checked in, and upon arrival in the room we found a surprise from the hotel - champagne and a plate of meat deli and cheese.nnAll our requests were treated with special attention and everything was organized immediately.nnI would also like to emphasize the design of the room: spacious, comfortable, modernized, clean. The rooms are perfectly cleaned, beautiful soft beds for a comfortable sleep, a bar filled to the smallest detail.nnThe hotel is thought out to the smallest detail, and the staff does a great job. Once again, thank you very much for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

I stayed in this hotel last year when I visited Toronto for a week work. I absolutely loved it. The room was nice and updated. Very comfortable and great space. The staff were very professional and friendly. The location is great especially with the subway system is underground where other shopping stores are. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do near by. The Museum is like 20mins walk. I recommend it and will definitely book again when I visit Toronto again.
Careful! The hotel room is full of alcohol inside the mini bar and on the countertop as well has different types of glasses and a shaker set. Looks like a liquor store. Lots of snacks as well. I asked to completely remove anything from the room that they could potentially charge for. However, they still put extra charge of $92 for the mini bar in my final bill. It took time to fix that. They also refused to provide a machine receipt for the stay, not printed a new statement on their computer.
Great location. I stayed at W Toronto for two nights. I really like the hotel. The service was professional. The room was very clear. I also like the automation of the utilities service in the room e.g. lighting, curtains, etc. The only thing missing at this location is a pool/ hot tub. Other than that the hotel is great.
