This hotel is spotless! Breakfast was excellent, and the servers were sonvery polite and kind.  I loved our stay here. Would recommend it to anyone, especially since it's even a cheaper option to other hotels nearby,nwhich, by the way, are  not worth the price.  This hotel is so clean it's memorable.

The Hilton has an incredible front desk and hospitality/cleaning staff. During my stay from Sept 3-4 2024 they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was provided with a complimentary house coat/slippers set, enjoyed the heated pool/sauna, late check out, and had a lovely surprise birthday gesture sent to me from the front desk staff. My room was clean and tidy. The shower was lovely.nThe hotel is close to many amazing food spots, and the CN tower is just a walk away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to make their stay special, convenient, and have their needs looked after.

I recently called this hotel to inquire about booking a reservation, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. While I can't speak to the overall quality of the hotel itself, I do have serious concerns about their guest services, particularly the front desk.nnI spoke with someone named Catrina, who unfortunately did not provide the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. During my first call, she abruptly cut the conversation short before I had a chance to ask all of my questions. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called back, only to have the same thing happen again. This lack of attentiveness is frustrating and unprofessional.nnI hope the management takes note of this issue and ensures that their staff, especially those at the front desk, are better trained in handling guest inquiries. A good first impression over the phone is crucial, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.nnUPDATE: I reached out to the general manager after they provided an email address to me and mentioned that I had gone ahead and booked a reservation regardless of the initial experience that I had with guest services. I want to say that my stay was nothing short of incredible. The check-in process was seamless, early check-in was accommodated without any hassle, our room was upgraded and decorated for a special birthday, and we were greeted with a warm welcome card from the executive lounge coordinator along with some special desserts. There is nothing more I could have asked for to show that management takes their customer experience and reviews seriously. I will definitely be staying with the Hilton again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton.  Very nice hotel with wonderful views and a very convenient location downtown.  The pool is a nice oasis.  The service was impeccable and every staff member was very friendly and made me feel welcome.  I was impressed.nnI witnessed a refreshing camaraderie amongst the bar staff.  It adds an awesome ambience and creates a wonderful environment that is a pleasure to spend time in when employees get along so well.nnThe real gem is the pool bar.  Amazing, friendly service; a real human touch.  It's this kind of service that will keep me coming back.
