The Hilton has an incredible front desk and hospitality/cleaning staff. During my stay from Sept 3-4 2024 they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was provided with a complimentary house coat/slippers set, enjoyed the heated pool/sauna, late check out, and had a lovely surprise birthday gesture sent to me from the front desk staff. My room was clean and tidy. The shower was lovely.nThe hotel is close to many amazing food spots, and the CN tower is just a walk away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to make their stay special, convenient, and have their needs looked after.

Love the Hilton properties.....wife is a Hilton employee, woohoo!nnOur first time in Toronto, and we were impressed by the lobby that featured a vintage-modern bar, and restaurant.nnThe check-in area seemed inviting, and the workers were very helpful.nnThe executive lounge had the food, snacks, and drinks that we needed to replenish us before and after our daily adventures around the city. It has a view of the skyscrapers, which is really cool. It's conveniently located near several forms of public transportation.nnThe rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and up-to-date.nnGreat experience
As a Diamond member, I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Toronto. The staff were consistently polite and attentive, and the hotel’s location is superb, with convenient access to downtown attractions. The lounge offered a stunning view, as shown in the photo I shared. Although breakfast was quite crowded, the reception team provided outstanding service by offering a complimentary voucher for a Frenchy restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The restaurant’s ambiance was delightful, and the waiter was exceptionally kind and energetic.
Well located in the city, I’ve enjoyed my beautiful upgraded room with wonderful view as well as the executive lounge access. Great stay, service & Staff.nOne point: Valet Parking pick-up mobile QR code number is not suitable for international mobiles, needs to be reviewed
