The rooms were very spacious and had a very nice dark aesthetic.nThe only thing that wasn’t provided were slippers and toothbrush & toothpaste which we would expect of a 4 star hotel to have.nnWe also had everyday room cleaning service.nnThe service was good. The staff were nice.nnWe ordered room service and the staff who brought it to our room were very friendly, would recommend ordering room service.nnThe position of the hotel is in the street where the luxury shops are. Therefore, it can be considered as safe.
We stayed here for a 3 night get away during the 2024 holidays. We were impressed by the hotel and staff who were responsive and provided great service. Our spacious, quiet room had a very comfortable bed and breakfast hours were generous!nnPool was ideal for laps, the workout area was small but well equipped standard...the men's change room had an old school water bucket sauna and steam which were nice additions. Location was fantastic...I usually stay in the downtown core but this mid-town location was a great change..easy to walk east-west, south through University of Toronto and downtown.nnHighly recommend a stay here for some personal R&R, treat or business trip.
One of my favorite 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in! All of the details were perfect. The room was beautifully designed with lots of storage, so I could fully unpack. Great lighting and super comfortable bed. Room service was excellent - both the service and the food. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
Tania at the reception was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, quiet, and perfectly located in the downtown area, close to all accommodations. The pool had a lovely view and was very well-maintained. The valet service was excellent, and the valet attendant was very polite and efficient. While we expected a bit more from the breakfast and found the parking a bit expensive, overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to the team for their efforts!
I had an early morning exam at the University of Toronto so I booked a room here so that I wouldn't have to drive into the city in morning. The room was spacious and clean and well designed with warm aesthetics. It had a nice desk and a comfortable bed which made for a great space to study. The staff were all friendly and allowed me to check out after my exam which was helpful. Had I not been there just for my exam it would have been a great location to stay for visiting the city since it's right across the street from the Museum and just a short walk to Yorkville and close to many attractions as well as the subway station. I would definitely recommend it.
