The Adelaide Hotel

Stayed at the Adelaide for a weekend in Toronto. To say that this place has customer service down to a T is an understatement! Upon our arrival we were cordially greeted and our bags taken to our room. Check-in was processed in less than 10 minutes on an extremely busy Friday afternoon. Our room was phenomenal, large King + Suite offering that allowed us to sleep in comfort with the amenities of home. Extremely clean, well finished and comfortable room. Special thank you to Mr. Ali Merchant and his team for the efforts and assistance during our weekend stay, they truly made it a trip to remember.

LOVE, LOVE LOVED this hotel. The high tech systems in the spacious rooms including the remote control light system, the heated floors in the bathrooms and the TV were a delight. The staff was among the best I've experienced - friendly, polished and professional, yet genuine. Ali at the front desk and the concierge who walked me to the Path were memorable. The fitness center had a reformer machine for pilates and so many other options too, with great views out floor to ceiling windows. I'll be back!

The Adelaide Hotel is fantastic. My room was right by the elevator, which had me worried at first, but once I was in my room, i didn't hear any noise from outside. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were very luxurious with an array of pillows and if you don't like the pillows on the bed, you can call the front desk and get a different type of pillow sent up. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the overnight staff (Thanks Isaac and Jill!). I was worried about bothering them too much, but they were always happy to help me. I was able to call down at 2am and get Epsom salt brought to my room in under 5 minutes. The one thing that totally blew me away was the tv in the bathroom mirror. I had no idea how much I needed this in my life until I experienced it. This is my new favorite hotel. I will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Adelaide hotel for our wedding anniversary. The customer service was absolutely amazing! The hotel suite was gorgeous... we had two bathrooms, a living room area, a bar, a bedroom and an amazing view! The bathroom had a rain shower fixture and a separate large tub. This is the BEST hotel i have ever stayed in!!

I visited Adelaide hotel for a spa package offered by Travel Zoo. I was very pleased with the location, beautiful lobby of hotel and spa facilities which were located on the 30th floor. The package included a 60 minute massage and 30 minute mini facial. You also had access to the pool and hot tub located a few floors above overlooking the Toronto skyline. The employees was wonderful and offered excellent customer service. They provided you with teas, coffee and an assortment of chocolates, trail mix as snack (try the caramel truffles - to die for). The price of the package was very reasonable (I believe the price has recently gone up) but you do have to pay taxes and gratuities which were a bit high. Overall this was an excellent spa package in a great location. I would highly recommend.
