Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

I love to stay all kind of luxury hotel, but never have chance to stay Four seasons yet. So super exciting about the stay and they for sure did live up to their name and my family and I are in love of this experience. Would I say everything is perfect? No. But every little detail made it to one of the best experience. From valet parking staff to front desk to restaurant, everyone is always smiling, always helpful. Room was very nice and I love their bath tub. During my check out, I was just talking to the staff and he heard I am driving back to Boston. He right away said would you like to take some water to go on the trip? And at the same time, my wife and kids was waiting in the lobby. One of front desk manager saw it and left the front desk and asked her see if she needed any assistance, maybe with luggage. Just a little things, but made you feel great and welcome. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone who travel to Toronto!

The attention to detail amounts to a level of excellence that makes you feel like royalty being fanned and fed grapes. Each attendant ensures that your experience is elevated and feels personal. There is an aura of relaxation all throughout. The cleanliness is impeccable. Not a single criticism.

The four seasons lives up to its reputation. The room, amenities, and staff we're wonderful.nnAs someone who likes to get his exercise in one of my small but favorite things to see are cold towels available in the gym. But they go further providing snacks and different waters.nnWhen talking to the concierge about dining options in the area they were very knowledgeable and helpful in securing some last minute reservations.nnMy only complaint would be that my room was near the entrance to the wellness center and some people are quite loud in their way in which was definitely hearable through the walls.nnWould absolutely stay here again when I next visit.

Pretty unsatisfying after staying at the Four Seasons. With its name and reputation I definitely thought the room would be cleaner. Shower had grout, comforter was stained, red stuff on toilet room wall, caramels were leaking toffee…not appealing to eat at all because the wrapper was open.nnAlso, travelled with a 9y/o who wasn’t able to use the ladies room washroom with me because she was a kid and instead had to shower on the pool deck. Me and her went for a spa weekend and couldn’t enjoy the spa area together which was a drag. Furthermore, we decided we wanted fries one night and it was 19$ for the order of fries and to have it delivered to the room would cost 35$ in total for an order of fries. I was given a complimentary dessert that I didn’t enjoy no problem but the fact I had my room cleaned twice after receiving it and it was not cleaned up until I had to ask the room service people to take it down with them on the third day..

Impeccable hotel! Elegant & tasteful design, and excellent, professional staff. The rooms are a nice size, beautifully appointed with anupdated decor. Lovely oversized bathroom with a soaking club and in mirror TV.
