I've been a loyal guest at this property for over 5 years, and unfortunately, I've witnessed a decline in quality and service. The longer I stay, the more I notice changes that can only be attributed to POOR MANAGEMENT ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼nnSpecifically, I take issue with the disparity between the prices charged and the amenities provided. The rooms are deteriorating, with peeling paint and subpar materials. Given the premium rates, I expect a higher standard of quality.nnFurthermore, I've observed a high turnover rate among staff members, which raises concerns about the working environment and management practices. It's disconcerting to see employees leave so quickly, especially when they're not replaced with equally experienced and knowledgeable staff.nnI've also noticed that some MANAGERS NOT STAFF struggle to communicate effectively in English, which is surprising given the hotel's location in Toronto. As a guest, I expect to be able to communicate easily with managers especially when it comes to addressing concerns or requesting assistance.nnAdditionally, I've experienced inconsistent service quality, with some servers being friendly and attentive while others seem dismissive or uninterested. It's disappointing to see such variability in service, especially when compared to other hotels in the area.nnOverall, I would rate this hotel lower than Marriott and struggle to recommend it to others. I hope that management will take my feedback seriously and work to address the issues I've raised.
This hotel has two Michelin keys and the moment you enter the hotel you realize why! The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are just exquisite. From remote control blackout shades and privacy shades at your fingertips from the night stand to a large well appointed bathroom - the room is spacious and elegant and they provide lots of charging stations including a bedside wire free charging pad on both nightstands.nThe bar is fun and has great food too! Five star plus experience. Hope to visit again!!
My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto was exceptional! Traveling with a baby can sometimes feel intimidating, but the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and memorable.nnTheir attentiveness toward my little one was heartwarming from the moment we checked in. They provided baby toiletries, soft towels, and a thoughtful welcome gift—a cute toy that instantly delighted her! The added touch of fresh fruit was also much appreciated.nnFinding a hotel that truly cares for you is rare, but the Four Seasons exceeded all expectations. Their attention to detail and family-friendly hospitality made this trip so enjoyable for us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for families traveling with young children. It's a perfect blend of luxury and care!
My absolute favorite hotel to visit! We come every year and it never disappoints! Front desk staff are always wonderful and far superior to others I've experienced. The rooms are updated and clean, location is also great! Always the best sleep with the quiet & dark rooms.nLooking forward to our next visit!
Four Seasons Toronto is the pinnacle of luxury and elegance in the city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning city views. The service is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make every stay special. The spa is world-class, and the dining experience at Café Boulud is exceptional. Located in the heart of Yorkville, it’s the perfect place for a lavish getaway or a refined stay in Toronto. Highly recommended for those seeking top-tier hospitality!
