The good:nthe rooms and service were as extraordinary as we expected. Worth the money and I would absolutely return for those. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was, again, nothing short of lovely. We were well taken care of, and satiated.nnThe very bad:nWe selected to stay at this 4 Seasons due to the spa, being a hotel *and spa*, after all. What better way to beat the winter in Toronto than a relaxing soak on a luxe spa? Unfortunately, relaxation is miles away at Four Seasons Toronto. The spa was absolutely OVERWHELMED with children, including pool noodles, floaties, screaming horseplay, and beach balls. In what world is that conducive to relaxation?? We were unable to use the lap pool due to an ongoing game of Marco Polo. The 2 person infrared sauna was almost never available because of a rotating door of children rushing in and out to experiment with it.nI understand that the spa is not adults-only, but there are apparently no rules whatsoever here. This experience made Carnival Cruise feel high-brow by comparison.nnConsider yourself warned.
We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. The service was truly impeccable from start to finish.nnMy sister is pregnant, and I had added a note to our reservation ahead of time. When we arrived, there was already a body pillow waiting in the room for her, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa also offered prenatal massage options, and everything felt very intentional, safe, and well cared for.nnWe also loved the convenience of the house car service in the evenings instead of having to Uber to dinner. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to great shopping, restaurants, and Yorkville.nnOverall, the attention to detail, warmth, and level of service made our sister spa weekend feel so special. Highly recommend.
Just spent 10 days at Four Seasons Toronto and couldn't rave about it more. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. I was traveling with colleagues and we all remarked how cozy and quiet the rooms were.nnAs expected at a Four Seasons, the service was top notch. The concierge went out of his way to help with a couple of specific requests, the servers in d bar were gracious and helpful.nnMy only note of feedback is the huge miss on the fitness center -- while it's being renovated they are offering two very substandard spaces within the hotel not befitting of a Four Seasons.nnOther than that, highly highly recommend!
Tried the Mother’s Day brunch at the Four Seasons this year. The atmosphere was beautiful and the staff was friendly, but overall it felt a bit generic. Service was fine, just not very attentive or personal, things like empty plates sitting for a while or having to ask multiple times for basics made the experience feel less polished. It was enjoyable, but definitely not unforgettable.
Incredible 3-night stay. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Breakfast at Café Boulud was of very good quality. The spa is very relaxing and has all required amenities pool, hot tub, steam rooms, as well as incredible changing rooms.nWe tried dbar on our last evening and cocktails and food were delicious, bravo to Guillaume its new General Manager.nOn top of that, all staff was very caring and made us feel more than welcomed. Special thank you to Lyvie at front desk, as well as Gabriel at dbar.nWe’ll definitely be back when in Toronto.
