Ramada Plaza Toronto Downtown

We stayed March 7 for 1 evening. We had a concert to attend that night and made our booking just hours before. We were able to get the King room we desired at a fair price (weekday rates are very good). Our room was spotless, with a decent view and the bed was amazing. Best hotel bed we've ever had. Overnight car parking was a bit pricey, but at least it was secured and monitored. We will definitely be back.

We arrived at the hotel and immedietly thought it was fine due to the good looking lobby. But when we got into our room the first thing we smelled was weed. Luckily the staff quickly gave us a replacement room. But both rooms were filthy. Also the pool area was very far away and also dirty. Don't even get me started about the view which is horrendous.

Such a bad experience with staff here. Stayed for our wedding night and I asked if they could offer anything such as rose petals on the bed, etc. No, nothing. They offered free champaign but we don't drink. After some prodding they offered a piece of cake to be sent up at a scheduled time. When that time came around and there was no cake I went down to investigate and no one even knew what was going on. They eventually did deliver it about an HR late. Parking was atrocious at $32/night Room service was great and the room itself was pretty good. In general hotel was nice and room was nice but staff were unfriendly and not accommodating.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. This hotel is just lovely . It is old but we found it very comfortable with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was friendly and kind. The area is close to everything although me being a chicken I wouldn’t walk around at night. Overall would recommend.

The hotel was inexpensive and served as a decent place to stay for a night. No fridge, no microwave in the room was definately a negative. The room was a little dated as well but no big deal. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. I realize a lot of places do this but it's still irritating, paying for parking at a hotel you're already paying for is definitely a negative.
