One King West Hotel & Residence

Couldn't be more thrilled with this hotel; hands down, one of the best I've ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and updated, with superb room service. My room had a great view.nnLocation-wise, it's perfect. Close to everything dining, public transportation, businesses, etc. including about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront Lake Ontario.nnI really enjoyed my experience and didn't want to leave!

What can I say, 1 King is always a splendid treat. Absolutely love my stay. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. If the room is missing something, staff will quickly accommodate it. Excellent location steps from subway and in walking distance to Union. Love it here.

Everything about One King West Hotel & Residence was perfect for our trip. Staff was well trained, great at communicating and very friendly. We stayed in a Tower Deluxe Suite which was large by any cities standards and with an impressive view of the lake. The suite was quiet, had great AC and was well appointed. The lobby bar and attached breakfast shop were nice and convenient. Check-in/out and every time we dealt with valet was super smooth. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat as we couldn't have asked for a better or easier stay.

The view from the Deluxe Tower Suite on the 44th floor was absolutely phenomenal, and the room was exceptional. The hotel's proximity to the Eaton Centre was incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed breakfast and coffee at Ritual Cafe, which is conveniently inside the hotel. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved this hotel. My only suggestion is for the hotel to consider adding kids meals to room service.

My husband and I had an incredible time at the hotel! We were so thankful for Rachel who helped us through the entire process of booking and provided incredible service to us. The Tower one suite was the perfect size for us to help prep for our wedding day. We cannot even begin to express our gratitude towards the staff. The views and settings were fantastic and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect between our ceremony and reception. We will be sure to come back for more memorable experiences.
