One King West Hotel & Residence

We stayed for one night Jan 2026. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was spacious and beautifully designed. We enjoyed the historical parts of the hotel like the bank vault. Our room was sufficient, comfortable bed. The room was beginging to show age and needed some updating. Otherwise it was well appointed. We briefly used the hot tub/sauna. That was decent but not overly relaxing, the hot tub room had a very sterile vibe.nThe location was great, we were there to attend the theatre which was walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy, off site parking. Would stay again!

Clean, luxurious, great amenities, helpful staff, fantastically located, and it's true, they have an address in Toronto that is especially noteworthy. They remembered that the last time we were there was back in 2009 even! They have an impressive concierge and CRM! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely not be another 15 years until we return next. It'll be much sooner and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at One King West twice over the past year and had a wonderful experience and impecable service both times. I have only stayed in the tower suites so far- staying on the 35th floor last year, and on the 18th floor in room 1810 this week. 1810 is quietly tucked away at the end of the hall away from elevators and has tons of light and a great view due to a full wall of windows. The suite is equipped with a small kitchen and washer/dryer, which was a really nice surprise! My only suggestion would be complimentary water bottles and robes in the room, but the front desk was more than happy to accommodate by bringing some up.nnI ordered room service my last night, honestly not expecting anything special, but was unbelievably surprised by how delicious the blackened chicken was. I was told it may take up to 40-45 min to deliver due to the chicken’s cook time, but it made it to my room within about 30. Truthfully, I don’t think I’ve ever had an in room meal this good before. Nazmul, the food and Bev manager personally delivered my meal and went above and beyond to ensure my stay and experience was top notch. To top it off, he even made a great recommendation for breakfast the next morning which was greatly appreciated.nnFinally- One of my main reason for staying here… the fitness center equipped with a men and women’s sauna and whirlpool. In the bitter Toronto winter, this makes all the difference.nnAll in all, I will continue to book here for many work trips to come and will look forward to the continued exceptional service.

Our first stay here and we loved it! The location is great and accesses the PATH. The bank vault was super cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having a kitchenette in our room but there is a full menu available. The best part was the view! To make your stay even cozier, you can bring your own bathrobes none were provided and slippers to use for the hot tub and sauna. We recommend!

An exceptional and truly memorable stay. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and peaceful, offering a high level of privacy. The food, coffee, and croissants from the café located downstairs are absolutely delicious and highly recommended.nThe gym is amazing and very well equipped.nThe room is extremely comfortable and quiet, with a stunning view. As a tourist from Saudi Arabia, I honestly did not expect the hotel to be this beautiful and impressive.nThe staff are professional, friendly, and made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.
