DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown

We recently chose to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. This hotel is an excellent option for anyone planning to explore the downtown area. The location is outstanding — within walking distance of major attractions such as the Eaton Centre, Queen’s Park, Old and New City Hall, Sankofa Square, the Distillery District, the CN Tower, the Financial District, and Harbourfront.nnOur room was clean, spacious, and noticeably larger than many other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The breakfast buffet was fresh, well prepared, and offered a great variety. We received exceptional service from Rahman in the buffet area — truly appreciated.nnThe staff at this hotel is phenomenal. Not just the front desk — every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities, and the warm cookie at check‑in was a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly at home.nnThank you for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic hospitality and outstanding service! The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and delicious food. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. A special thanks to Rehman, who was exceptionally friendly and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. His attentive service and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended!

Started with check in which was fast, efficient and friendly. We were welcome with cookies a warm smile and great small talk. Room was clean, comfy and welcoming everything you would expect from a great hotel. Swimming pool was warm and child friendly as it was only 5ft whole way across. Everything was clearly laid out and accessible to make your stay smooth especially after a long day in the city. Finally had breakfast here as well our server Julian was friendly, kind and welcoming. He ensured our child had a great breakfast and made his stay in Toronto a memorable one, which is nice for the price of some of the downtown hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel over some of the others we have stayed at nearby.

An excellent hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The rooms are modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby.nnWhat truly made my stay exceptional was the warm welcome and the professionalism of the entire staff. A special thank you to Enzo at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. His kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable.
