DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown

Super location to get anywhere downtown walking. Close to subway, streetcar to go to other parts of city. Rooms very clean and nice. Staff great. Actually acknowledged my daughters' birthdays which is why we were in Toronto. We came back after a day out to surprise birthday cheesecake for both. Were super fast when we requested extra blankets. Overall, very pleased with stay!

We spent a few days here with our niece & nephew and were very happy we chose this hotel. The staff members we interacted with were very friendly and the hotel lobby/rooms were very clean. The location is perfect if you enjoy wandering the city as we walked to do some shopping, visit the CN tower and ROM. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the staff was super friendly and the food we ordered was really good. We will definitely be back.

The service of the staff was quite good. However, the rooms where definitely a bit old, the whole building was a bit old and definitely didn't give the high end luxury vibes. The breakfast was okeish, but definitely not the best, especially for the price.

Location wise it’s amazing. Right at the heart of downtown with walkable distance to almost every restaurant that I wanted to visit. Unfortunately the room is on the older side but thankfully the bathroom is really clean. Service is a little slower, had to call housekeeping twice for a clean towel. The sound of the heater/air conditioner definitely kept me awake for the whole night :

Really small bedroom with no possibility for upgrade, for lack of available beds.. The view from our window was not pretty at all; it was literally garbages. I don’t get why we got such a bad room for the price honestly. The bathroom was very old. Anyway, the location was good and sweet staff.
