Great value when I redeemed for a combo of points and cash. It’s a well-located especially if you love Asian food, and I loved that there was complimentary use of the washer and dryer facilities! The facility is a bit dated, but it was overall a pleasant stay
My brother and I stayed here during my dad's heart surgery and recovery for several nights. The staff was very kind and understanding during this stressful time. Rooms were nice and clean and hotel was conveniently located. A special mention to Peter behind the bar. He was very warm and welcoming for my brother and I and we enjoyed our chats with him while we were there.
Location is great.nnStaff is friendly but zero explanation during check in and check out.nnI would not recommend to book this hotel. Room 749 has no soundproof walls, you can hear everything from hall noise, outside cars, and super noisy AC.nnTowels and sheets are clean but really old and not soft at all.nnMattress is also really old and not good enough for a good night of sleep.nnFeels like the hotel has seen better days so the price is not worth it.
Stayed at this location for 3 nights.nWas placed in the South tower and on the first morning had no hot water.nI was advised the water issue was an ongoing problem and they relocated me to the north tower. The room in the north tower was not properly cleaned. The refrigerator still had food in it from the previous guest. The bathrooms are dark and dingy, and this hotel is very much out of date. I’m quite surprised that Marriott allows him to carry their brand name. Overpriced for the quality you receive.
