Stayed there for a professional conference.nThe food was great.nThe bar made great drinks, also great cappuccinos.nI liked that the rooms had a separate space for the toilet and shower and then the sink area, however the doors for the toilets and shower area were hanging doors due to space restrictions I assume, but didn’t offer any sound proofing if you catch my drift.nOther than that they were standar, and clean.nGreat location, very close to parking which was across the street and very secure, but not directly linked to hotel.nAlthough you could pay for parking for a couple of days, in order to walk out or into the parking garage you needed to go through the lobby of the building across the street from The hotel, which was somewhat disorienting and tricky if you have a number of things to carry.nTo leave the parking located at 1 Wood Street, you pop out of the building and have to turn right to walk towards Yonge St. Then turn right on to Young and walk about a block to get to the corner where the hotel is.nNot the end of the world just a little confusing if you aren’t fromnThe area.nA bunch shops and a large number of places to eat close by hotel also
Clean, spacious hotel with attentive staff. Good food for breakfast.nnDue to an incident at another hotel, I found this hotel with an available room and arrived around 1am to stay for one night. I registered at the front desk and once I had the room, I booked the rest of my stay through a credit card travel portal. I was surprised to see that my initial night, which was only for 10 hours or so due to my later arrival, was 395.47 USD- over 120 USD more per night than booking through the travel portal. I would not know whether last-minute rooms are usually so expensive. This would have otherwise been an empty room for the night unless 2am is the major arrival time. A nice place to stay but be mindful of what you are paying.

To be frank, choosing Courtyard Marriott was absolutely the right decision—it turned out to be a perfect experience.nThe breakfast was high-quality and reasonably priced, and we’re glad the front desk recommended it to us at check-in. The staff at the breakfast restaurant perhaps the Bistro? were exceptional—kind to our children and very considerate toward us, even though we’re not fluent in English.nAdditionally, when we had to extend our stay due to the Air Canada strike, your team responded with great kindness and support. We truly appreciate everything.nWe would love to stay here again, and we’re now eager to try other Courtyard locations as well. Thank you once again!
Rooms were standard Marriott, however this franchise takes care their hotel, and it shows. Good location near subway, great team members. The gym lacks leg machines/weights and was missing the piece to wrap around the leg.nBeds were comfortable, heating system worked well.nI'm so grateful for the extended late checkout.nHighly recommend.
We stayed here for a family holiday. Location was good for walking some places. The service at the front desk and breakfast staff were excellent!! The room had some issues as outlined in the pics. It didnt affect our stay at all...and it was clean...but some work needed to be done.
