Completely Renovated in 2011, the hotel’s new contemporary, urban design creates a comfortable and inviting experience for Business and Leisure travelers. Probably the cheapest hotel in downtown, with an amazing location. Less than a 5 minutes walk to the Eaton Centre. Rooms were bigger than I expected but clean and modern. Staff was okay not super helpful. It took about 20 minutes for an extra towel to be brought up to the room. $10 for wifi for 24 hours which isn’t too bad. View from our hotel room was awesome.

Staff were very helpful, polite and very nice. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. All you have to do is ask and they are right there to to make your stay a more comfortable one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if they want a nice comfortable stay. Close to everything.

Clean, comfortable like Ikea made a hotel room. Laminated floors not carpet which is probably cleaner. Very reasonable, they couldn't give us the hospital rate as apparently they only have a certain number of those. I was kind of out of it and my husband couldn't find the off switch for the light under the TV until the morning but it didn't bother me. I needed extra pillows and they brought them before my husband returned from the lobby! Very efficient.

Great location, close to Eaton centre and plenty of the PATH walkways if you’re there during winter. Rooms are a bit on the small side but as described, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Front desk are helpful and polite. Nice central location is the best part of the hotel.

It's a good place for a quick stay. Very friendly staff and the location is perfect. The security could be improve a bit, there was a lot of people wandering in the lobby when we came in at night. Definitely recommend ! Clean, well equipped, good location.
