Shangri-La Hotel

Simply exceptional. This was our first time staying at a Shangri-La property and wow, were we impressed. Booked through Amex Fine Hotels and we were treated amazingly from the moment we stepped in. We also celebrated our anniversary and they went above and beyond to celebrate us with a thoughtful gift.nnThe spa service and health centre were excellent, although the pool was closed while we stayed there they offered guests to go to the Hilton to make up for it. The food and service at Bosk and the Lobby Lounge were excellent. Every staff member made an effort to make personal connections with us and we felt a sense of warmth and so welcomed.nnFirst time staying but will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

It made a huge difference during our stay, and I really appreciated that they took the time to ensure everything was ready for us.nnThe room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. They provide pillow options and weighted blankets and even specialty bath products.nnThis was truly a five-star experience, and I would highly recommend the Shangri-La Toronto to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. My wife and I spent a couple of nights in Toronto at this hotel with family and traveled several hours to get there. Check in is at 4 pm and when we arrived our rooms were not ready. Staff was very apologetic for the long delay. They were very accommodating and did provide some perks which we were very appreciative. What a great hotel and staff, you can't go wrong with staying here. We will definitely return. Great location, bra8rooms and fantastic staff.

Stayed for my birthday last year and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Room was impeccable, housekeeping was excellent. The spa was where I spent most of my time. The services were excellent, I had a massage and facial and loved every second of both. The amenities did not disappoint. I loved the sauna and pool, and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've been to. The food was delicious, both downstairs at the bar and the room service. Can't wait to go back.
