I had the most incredible experience of my life! The hotel was gorgeous, and the staff was friendly, kind, and caring the whole time. They were able to get us a two-hour extension. We did our first 48-hour trip in Toronto, and let's just say this is the hotel we will be coming back to. The pool was so amazing that my little guy actually wanted to go swimming for the first time and loved it! Now he wants to swim every day. I just can't believe how amazing the experience and the staff were. If you're looking for a hotel, definitely book with them!
I had a good stay at Sheraton Toronto overall. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and very clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The food was also good, with a decent selection and enjoyable quality.nnThe hotel is a little overpriced compared with what is offered, but the overall experience was still pleasant and satisfactory. I would consider staying here again.
We stayed here for a business trip, and while the location is excellent, the noise can be difficult to ignore. Given its central location, some street noise is to be expected, but it still impacted our stay.nnFor the price, we also expected better blackout curtains. Being in the financial district, the area remains brightly lit throughout the night, and the curtains did not block out enough light for a comfortable night's sleep.nnThe room décor also felt a bit dated and could benefit from an update. On a positive note, the lobby is beautiful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Great Hotel...Great Location! Front Desk staff, Tyson, welcomed us and was extremely helpful and accommodating. We have stayed here twice in 2-years and love the centric location to the city - extreme walkability to Toronto. The underground runs from this Hotel to Union Station. Rooms are comfy and the pool very relaxing! Love this place! I'll be back soon!
