Great hotel with fantastic staff - Lala at reception was a superstar to get the perfect room for a cozy stay that was convenient to everything. Everyone working there was helpful. Definitely check out the lively lobby scene for socializing and something to eat.
Staff were excellent. Club lounge was fantastic.nnLocation is great but being downtown you should expect construction, nightlife and the usual city noises. Not specific to this hotel but if you are a light sleeper maybe stay further away.
Excellent upscale hotel in the heart of Toronto. The room is not big but adequate for a typical family. The service is up to standard and facilities up to date. The indoor + outdoor combination pool was nice. To top it off, we had a room with a beautiful view of the new Toronto City Hall!
It was very close to the train station, so me and my mom only had to walk, but since it has been a long time since we came to Toronto, we took a taxi and realized that it could've only been a 5-6 minute walk.. anyways, the people over there was super nice! And the building is super tall, that the elevator takes time to get up.. it's overwhelming for me.. the rooms we're super clean and nice! I loved this stay! There also was a coffee machine, and a small refrigerator!
We had a very nice stay! They also gave us complimentary room upgrade with the beat view near the Old City Hall! The food at the Dual Citizen is sooooo good as well. Will definitely come back again
