Everything was perfect. Only one real concern, the room, the pillows smells very bad. I could not even put my head on the pillows. I asked housekeeping to change pillows, they got me brand new pillows nStill, I smell something like mold, complaining again to reception. They sprayed my room with air refresher. This worked for the first night, but it did not work for the second night.nI have brought up the issue again to reception while checking out. No reaction, other than sorry!!nI was expecting a clean room with high-end hotel in downtown Toronto, At least they should offer to change the room so they can clean it in and out.nThe Loung club was the real highlight, very beautiful view, cozy and quiet place. Great breakfast. The drinks were moderate and expensive.nnI will go back to my favorite hotel: Fairmont Royal next time, it will never fail you
I stay in this hotel often for business and the staff is amazing. They’re very friendly. I’ve always had a very clean room and there are lots of amenities. The pool and health club are very nice as well. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub.
The Sheraton Toronto was a solid stay, especially if you’re traveling for work or just want a no-fuss, comfortable experience in the city.nnFirst off, the bed was incredibly comfortable—like, sink-into-it-after-a-long-day kind of comfortable. The sheets were soft, and the overall quietness of the room was a huge bonus though I was on the 29th floor, facing away from the street, so take note when booking!. Definitely ask for non-joined rooms if you value privacy—it’s worth the request.nnThe lobby is massive, bustling, and honestly feels like you’re at a conference hub—clean, modern, and full of life. It’s not an intimate vibe, but it works really well for professionals passing through. The restaurants there fit into the overall polished and efficient atmosphere, and the decor adds a nice touch of style.nnAll in all, a fantastic option for business travelers or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professional stay in Toronto.
This is a great hotel with amazing pool and amenities. It was packed when I was there so a bit hard to get to front desk. My view was amazing, but it was weird, and a bit uncomfortable when I wanted to use amenities I had to go to a different tower and walk through the lobby. Change rooms were also not attached to pool. It was an odd layout. But other than that my experience was great.
Nice grand bathrooms, conference rooms and foyer.nn$9 CAD for a Starbucks coffee here, seems like they “have their Toronto on”…nnLove the waterfall feature, and the valet parking entrance is SO nice and large, accessible from Queen st.nGreat food across the street at the Chef’s Hall on Richmond St. South side, And city Hall across the street on the north side, Is a beautiful square to visit and walk through.
