One of the best hotels downtown Toronto has to offer. I come here at least once a year during the Christmas time to enjoy the culture and the vibe of Toronto city. The staff, concierge, valet are all helpful and great at customer service and their jobs. Plus, the lobby is quite unique as they have a restaurant and a connection to The Path. It makes walking here wonderful to get to quick stops underneath the city. What a great place to rest your head at after a long day of spending time in the City
Wow can't beat the location. Rooms are clean and spacious.nnHousekeeping works late at this hotel too, this was a much appreciated game changer. I wanted to stay in the room all day while spouse did his meetings, then we went out together at around 5:30 pm and came back around 8:30 pm. We had a pleasant surprise of a well done cleaned room when we came back. Never had that at any other hotel.
Stayed here for Moulin Rouge and The Nutcracker. Great location. Beds were a bit soft, but had a wonderful view of City Hall and people skating. A wonderful place to be festive. Pool was quiet, gym was equipped decently, sauna was lovely.
This place is amazing... The bedroom, its view, location that is just across the city hall and ice skating park, it's direct access to the Path, it's meeting rooms, nice lobby, working spaces are everywhere, the gym is super nice, the pool is huge and heated, both are easy to find, its also close to many restaurants in downtown... people are nice, helpful, quick, clean...top
The location is great. The rooms are well appointed. Sadly,most rooms have a double interconnecting door to the adjacent room, which, from a noise perspective is paper thin. So if your neighbors wake up earlier to have discussion,then you'll wake up as well. We had to change rooms only to wake to a new neighbor having a coughing fit in the early morning. Love the location but was very unhappy not getting a good night's sleep.
