I stayed at the Sheraton Toronto and honestly had a really good time. The location is perfect right downtown, close to everything you’d want to see or do. You can walk pretty much anywhere.nnThe room was clean and comfy, and the bed was great. Staff were nice and easy to deal with. The pool area is super nice, and the gym’s got everything you need.nnIt does get a bit busy sometimes, especially in the lobby, but that’s kind of expected since it’s such a big hotel.nnOverall, it’s a solid place to stay clean, convenient, and just feels good to be there. I’d definitely come back.
Spent 4 days whilst attending an Irish dance competition with our daughter. Our room was available when we arrived and our check-in with Anna was fantastic. Our 24 th floor room had a nice view of the CN tower and the indoor-outdoor pool below. We dined at Dual Citizen a couple times. Food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Our room attenders friendly and did a wonderful job. The ballrooms and facilities for the dance competition were great.nThe Eaton Centre and other shops and restaurants are all connected underground so that was so convenient as the winter arrives. Great location great facilities and great staff. Especially Stephanie the Senior Sales Coordinator!!!
Stayed at the Sheraton for a conference this week and unfortunately ended my stay on a horrible note.nParking is essentially valet only justification of the 63$/day price tag, which is normally a nice service but bottlenecks departures with most patrons having to request their cars. Rooms were fine, could use some updating for the price, but acceptable. Most of the food at the conference was the same: very little standouts but decent.nnWould have been an uneventful and acceptable stay; however, after requesting my car at the valet I asked if they had bell carts since I had many conference materials and bags. I was told to ask the bell staff, and at the same time, a bell staff member by the name of Godfrey walked by with a free cart. I asked if he was using it or if I could, and he said he needed it and that I needed to go inside to ask for one - so I turned to do so. Perhaps after being told by valet that I was following their direction, he rudely said to me “you can just have it” as my back was turned, so I turned to him quizzically due to the back-and-forth. Nonetheless, I accepted the cart and he stepped in front of me, half opened the door beside the revolving doors that is needed to get into the hotel when you have a cart, and made no attempt to hold it open or press the button to keep it open so I could pass through. I had to run to catch the door before it closed and then struggle to maneuver the cart through. I asked Godfrey what his problem was as he was going out of his way to treat me in an appalling manner - I have never received such attitude and aggression by someone when simply asking them to use something that is part of their duties. In comparison, the bell and valet staff treated me completely differently upon my arrival, offering these services without my even asking and with a welcoming demeanour.nI understand there were serval events at the hotel that weekend and therefore quite busy, but Godfrey’s behaviour was completely uncalled for.nI spoke to manager Kenneth who received my complaints and was apologetic which I appreciate but I think it’s important to escalate my experience further as it was unsettling.
I would like to leave a special commendation for Marc, the receptionist at the front desk. The 5-star review is for Marc! On Dec 07, he was exceptionally kind and patient in helping me find the room type that best suited my needs. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to assist truly stand out.nnI sincerely wishing passing this review to the management team—Marc is an outstanding representative of your hotel’s customer service, and I deeply appreciate his support!
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its central location—right across from Nathan Phillips Square, making it ideal for both business and leisure. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth with attentive staff who made me feel valued from the start. My room, although showing slight signs of age, was impeccably clean and featured a stunning city view. The bed was comfortable, and amenities like free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped fitness center added to the convenience.nnOne of the standout features is the heated indoor/outdoor pool, which offers a relaxing escape in the heart of the city. The hotel’s proximity to the PATH system is a huge plus, allowing easy access to shopping and dining without stepping outside—especially useful during colder months. Housekeeping was consistent and professional, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and well-managed.nnWhether you’re attending a conference, exploring Toronto’s attractions, or simply looking for a reliable and upscale stay, Sheraton Centre delivers a well-rounded experience with great service and unbeatable location toronto. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.
