While the staff and service are excellent, the hotel itself seems to overlook some important details that would make the experience more enjoyable and better aligned with the price point. The rooms feel somewhat dated, and the toiletries appear to be more geared toward men, as the scent of the lotion and soap resembles men’s cologne. It was also disappointing to find that some basic amenities, such as shower caps and Q-tips, were not provided, since many 2 to 3 star hotels include these small but thoughtful touches. On a positive note, the location is very convenient, particularly for those visiting the area for work.
I stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel while attending a week-long conference, and it turned out to be an excellent experience in nearly every regard. The hotel itself is beautiful—modern yet comfortable, with a layout that’s easy to navigate despite its large size. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with everything I needed for both work and relaxation. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the city views were a pleasant bonus.nnThe location is right in the heart of downtown Toronto, which makes it ideal for business travellers. It’s within walking distance of several major attractions and conference venues. That said, I was a little surprised that there weren’t as many dining options nearby as I expected for such a central area. Thankfully, the hotel’s own restaurant and café were more than adequate for grabbing a quick meal or coffee between meetings.nnThe staff deserves full marks—they’re friendly, professional, and consistently helpful, whether it’s at check-in, the concierge desk, or room service. The fitness centre is excellent: modern equipment, a great variety of machines, and very clean.nnThe conference facilities were also outstanding—large, well-lit rooms with excellent sound and seating setups. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Overall, a top-tier experience that blends comfort, professionalism, and convenience perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Toronto.

We stayed here on October 24th, and despite it being a very hectic day because of the Blue Jays game, Max Choy at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The line was long, but he took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He even apologized for the wait, which we really appreciated, Exceptional service!nnThe location is also amazing, close to everything and just a few minutes walk to so many great spots.
An incredible stay at the Sheraton Toronto on Queen Street! The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The weather being exceptional warm added to the fantastic visitnnClub Lounge: Exclusive access for Club Level guests, offering all-day complimentary snacks, beverages, and evening hors d’oeuvres. If you have access it’s extremely convenient and breakfast is lovely.nnIt was 26 degrees in October a the saltwater pool as exactly where I wanted to spend my vacation.
