Tim Hortons

Ordered a breakfast sandwich- egg and cheese and asked to have tomato and turkey added. It was an extra $3.30 to do do. Get home and there's no egg or cheese and a black rotten piece of lettuce. Zero quality control.nnI emailed Tim Hortons customer service about the issue and they said the restaurant would be in touch- they weren't. Never received a call or anything so that says all you need to know about the terrible management at this location.

I’ve been a regular in this location as I live close to the store. My orders have been messed up for a couple of times but I never wrote a bad review or talk to the manager. But recently it’s just getting worst. I was about to write a review last week as the Iced Coffee I ordered was supposed to be extra sweet but they made it with extra cream. I came back and gave them a chance to make it right they did, however, the lady at the window just said “i will change it for you”. No apology, nothing. She’ll hand my order every morning without saying anything, she’ll rush me to pay right away the moment I stop at the window, will never ask for the Tims rewards that is supposed to be scanned first, right? She always yell at her co workers when she’s assigned at the window following up the order. Yelling, rushing and rudeness. No greetings and thank you to the customers. Other staff that is working in this location are nice but this is one needs more training in customer service. Just wondering if she even wear a name tag because she’s always wearing fleece.nAlso, today around 11am , I ordered my regular, Iced Coffee with extra cane syrup I got a cup of iced coffee with 3/4 ice, it doesn’t take coffee anymore but water instead. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant “toasted” but I got a cold croissant instead. What a perfect morning. I don’t to come back again. It’s just stressful to deal with a staff that is not really happy in serving customers and fix a messed up order.

I come to this timmies almost every morning and drive thru always comes first doesn’t matter if I showed up first or not then on top of that I try to order food and they tried giving me a burnt begal which usually I don’t mind but this thing was dark black around both edges so instead of getting a new one I asked for a refund which also resulted in me waiting for that cause drive thru is more important then the people that come in directly….

Service was very rude. I am construction worker and ordered 5 coffees and a farmers wrap, and the till worker scoffed at me and was rude to me for having such a big order.nI used to work at a tim hortons when I was in high school, so I understand it sucks, but this is literally your only job. It is not that hard to fake a smile and nod your head I know because I did just that. Not only was she rude, I had to wait roughly 15 minutes for my coffees and one food item, while watching people with 2 or 3 coffees get served before me, who were way farther back in line than I was.

On December 26 my son ordered farmers wrap with out meat at timhortons Webber green location they put meat in there very disappointed with the provided always messed up with the order tim Hortons franchise ceo should visit and observe
