Huge shout out to all of the workers here. They are absolutely amazing they get the job done. They have such an inviting atmosphere everyone is super friendly and they all make sure that you're well taken care of. My drinks are always amazing and they always go above and beyond. I come here everyday before work and it honestly makes my day!! Best Starbucks Employees I've ever encountered that's for sure!!!!! Definitely my go to spot for my frappes forever!!

I am so so disappointed. I go here more often than not and always have amazing experiences. The staff are so kind and friendly! Today was different. First I ordered, the girl was incredibly short and rude through the intercom. Second I got my drink, it was given with the lid kinda off and it spilt in my vehicle so I kindly told the barista “Alyssa” that my lid wasn’t fitting on right, she grabbed the drink and rolled her eyes then snapped it back on and gave it back. I then drove away, first sip, suck up a HAIR. So I was in complete disgust and the girl I was with offered to go back in to get it remade, they remade it, not very caring or sympathetic to the situation. I don’t know if I’ll be back honestly. You pay good money, for a good product and today, I wasted my money.

Everytime me or someone I know orders from this location they make mistakes. Even on non custom drinks, they make your drink incorrect. Sometimes it works out though because they end up giving you 2 drinks if you’re lucky!

Ordered a frap and a latte, both were delicious and the proper temperature. The staff were quite enthusiastic and it seemed genuine so that was refreshing. I didn’t feel like I was being a burden. Drew provided wonderful service! The shop was busy but a good vibe nonetheless.

Made a mobile order of a previous drink and drove through the drive thru to pick it up. Unfortunately I didn't read the order in full and missed the part where it said 'personal cup'. When the staff member told me I apologized and took responsibility for it. I offered to pay the .10 to cover the discount but the staff member told me they weren't supposed to give the drink if I didn't have my cup. In the end I got my drink, it was wrong, and they wouldn't accept my dime. This location has a real issue with bad customer service, and from the reviews here it's been an issue for a while.
