This Could be the Worst Starbucks I have ever Been to in Life!! Just left a Starbucks farther north and needed a Refillis normally free and to use the Washroom. Still had cup in Hand and I was Refused Service and if I wanted to use the Washroom there would be a Washroom Charge of 5$ with Refill included!! Got somewhere else as there is a Night&Day Difference in Customer Service in Most other Locations! THIS IS INCREDIBLE!! I HAVE CHECKED OUT PASS REVIEWS AND THIS IS HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF LOW REVIEWS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY BUSINESS IN LIFE!! WOW!! WAY TO GO!! YOU GOTTA CHECK IT OUT!! I got 10million Views on Pics&Reviews. I try to make a Difference!!

We came to the order kiosk and were not even greeted with a smile. The barista was rude in asking us about the details of our order we ordered at 11:33 am, order number 4630 and gave negative facial expressions when we asked for a few alterations to our drink. In the end, she did not even ask for my name for the order which is a starbucks trademark style.nnThere was not even a single customer behind us, meaning there was no reason to rush or be agitated!

Service is not great here - employees don’t greet me coming or leaving and look annoyed / haughty when you ask a question

The nicest Starbucks staff!! I quickly stopped into this store asking for more syrup in my drink because a different Starbucks store had made it incorrectly and I didn’t have time to go back. I was prepared to pay, and not only did they not charge me but they made me an entirely new drink fresh, saying it would taste better. They were so friendly and kind! They didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all and it was such a pleasant experience. Exactly what I would expect and hope from a Starbucks. Will be making Starbucks my preferred location in the future. Thank you again!

I’m a regular here and the staff are so lovely. They always greet me by name and with a smile every morning and I even shared with them when I got engaged and they were all super happy for me! The atmosphere is so awesome and its usually a pretty chill and lowkey place to study too, even if it is a bit out of the way. The staff handle rude people really well and will never hesitate to fix something if an accident was made, which rarely ever happens.
