Worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I went in to get a coffee, First they couldn’t even properly write and pronounce my name correctly, secondly they took forever to get it ready despite it being totally not even busy there was little to none customers and when I finally got my coffee they didn’t properly pack and seal it that it spilled all over my clothes and when I addressed it to them they were so rude they didn’t even wanna talk to me, I was like can I at least use the washroom to wipe it off my clothes and my skin is burning from that hot coffee they said our washrooms are only for customers who dine in like are you kidding me first it’s your mistake if you didn’t properly seal and pack my coffee and then when it spilled on me you won’t let me use the washroom to clean myself up legit one off my worst experiences at a Starbucks. My advice go to a different Starbucks the employees are lazy and rude and don’t like doing their job

Coffee grinder has been broken for over a week. Who knew that you needed a coffee grinder for a coffee house? Saturdays are becoming unbelievable where it can take 20 to 25 minutes to get a coffee. I guess Starbucks would prefer you go to another store and use the drive thru. Wake up drink a cup of coffee and fix the problem.

I am not impressed. I've ordered from this place multiple times and the quality just kept on declining. Today, however, was the worst. My order uber#C48FA came in an large paper bag and is extremely unbalanced, with the venti drinks on HALF a cup tray on one side and the food on the other. Which then led to the cups tipping completely on it's side and soaking the food. While the driver also did not help by not noticing, the mistake was genuinely just giving us a giant bag when we used to get two small bags. I'm extremely unhappy as I payed full price for drinks that came half full.

Very nice staff, great drinks and very clean atmosphere. Also very calm and quiet. A very nice place to enjoy your favorite Starbucks beverage.

Great staff! I didn't find a Starbucks recipie for what I wanted so I just asked the batista to make me something like it. And they nailed it! Thank you :D
