Starbucks

Ordered a couple drinks and a cake pop through the Starbucks app. When I pulled up the person working the drive through last night was super happy and gave me an extra cake pop even though it seemed pretty busy. Bless his soul. 10/10 service thank you so much.

Ordered ahead over the app and chose for drive through. This was about 3-5 mins ahead. Drove up and said it was a mobile order. There’s was one person in line.nnDon’t know if she was the manager or thought she was but instantly was rude and said we wouldn’t have it ready because they’re busy and mobile orders get pushed to the end of the line and I would have to go in regardless. I couldn’t even get a word in before I said I didn’t mind waiting…pulled up the window and there was 3 of them standing around… I’m just gonna stick to the northside.

I went to this location this morning and Athena helped me with my order and gift transaction. She is an AMAZING person best service I ever received from Starbucks Windermere vs the one by the super store. 5360 is the location with best atmosphere. Thanks Athena:

Closing at 6:30pm? Who schedules staff? 2 girls working their butts off and doing a great job. No manager in site. This place is always a circus.nn1 star for management.n5 stars for the hardworking girls literally running to keep this place going.

The best way to start my day! Every single time I stop at this location I get great service. But I have to give an extra shout out to Angela. This girl absolutely makes my day. Always chipper, happy and upbeat. For the 30 second or so interaction that we have, she sets the tone for the rest of the day. Could not ask for a better service or a better start to my day.
