Appreciate how fast they are on workday mornings, rarely wait more than a few minutes even with a really long line.nnOne star off for completely crushing my cookies, though… I ordered three chocolate chip cookies for a coworker and a muffin, cookies were thrown in on top of the muffin and by the time I got to work every one of them was broken into at least 3 pieces :nnAlso removing one star for how incredibly slow it is on the weekends. It’s like an entirely different store, comparing a Saturday afternoon, where we waited almost 15 minutes with less than half a line, to a weekday morning where I waited no longer than 5 mins with a line out into the street.

I have been coming to this store for last six years and you guys have been busy all the time but I have never got my order late. I had been here for driver thru, take out and dine in.nIt’s been always on timenToday on, October 20Sunday morning, I made a mobile order - a small cappuccino with 1.5 sugar and a farmers breakfast sandwich and with an option of make it ready in 15mins. The app told me that 10.50 am and I went there at 11.00 am, when I went there, only the cappuccino was there with no sugar in it and I was waiting for my sandwich for 10 min and nobody asked me anythingnI even finished drinking my coffee, my sandwich was not there and they kept a sign for google reviews on how we’re doingnI’m here telling you guys that, this is terrible service. And it’s the worst.

Service is great food is also okay,but sometimes there are creepy drug people coming around so if you are planning to seat and enjoy your coffee, it would be hard to do so

Ordered a Farmers wrap with bacon and sausage with no egg. They didn't put any sausage in the wrap. Had to repeat myself three times to the lady taking the order. Train your staff better or lose a customer permanently. This store is the worst for mistakes. The one they shut down across from Kingsway Garden Mall was way better.

Service was great, staffs were looking tired but tried their best.nThis store located in one of the busiest area, can be encountered some random situation.nOverall this is pretty good store.nBut the washroom.. please do something in Man's washroom... you guys needs to do something...
