I had such a heartwarming experience here. I forgot my debit card and had to go back home to get it. When I first came in, there were only 3 cheesecake muffins left, so I was worried they'd be sold out when I returned.nnTo my surprise, the lady cashier had thoughtfully set one aside and packed it for me already before I even came back. That small act of kindness was incredibly considerate and truly made my day. Excellent customer service and a delicious muffin!

Had a quick sandwich, coffee and doughnut on a Friday at 1 pm. It wasn't too busy. I got quick, friendly service and good standard Tim's food. The apple fritter was large and fresh tasting! I recommend this Tim's!

Laura is always a welcome face. She knows your name once you become the regular. Depending on the time of day service is pretty quick. Order was ready after paying. Atmosphere is a little sketchy sometimes when the homeless are around. Security is usually around and MacEwan is just across the street.

Well, we went through drive thru, to grab our 3 chai tea lattes, but when we reached home, we were shocked to see that one cup of tea was half a cup of empty . However rest 2drinks were still ok as quantity wise, but the guy dealing in drive thru window was not helping either.nnFeeling disappointed especially in this kinda freezing weather when you really want a fresh chai after your night shift.nnAnd this situation happened between 6:00 am to 6:25 am.

Their bowls are really good and filling. Worth the price. Also tried the cheesy garlic bread, it was very oily and not great at all.nService was quick as always.
