Tim Hortons

Had a quick sandwich, coffee and doughnut on a Friday at 1 pm. It wasn't too busy. I got quick, friendly service and good standard Tim's food. The apple fritter was large and fresh tasting! I recommend this Tim's!

Their bowls are really good and filling. Worth the price. Also tried the cheesy garlic bread, it was very oily and not great at all.nService was quick as always.

Nicole is very friendly and provides excellent service at Tim Hortons. Really appreciate her kindness and professionalism!

Horrible Experience!nIf you plan to dine in at this location, be prepared to feel like you’re about to get mugged. If you go through the drive-thru, the person taking your order will make sure you know just how annoying you are for taking more than three seconds to speak. Truly an incredible level of customer service that’ll make you regret ever bothering them in the first place.

James provides exceptional customer service — friendly, fast, and incredibly attentive. His efficiency and genuine kindness make every visit pleasant. Tim’s Downtown is lucky to have him! I did notice that a few drink orders seemed to go unseen by the team, so improving order visibility might help. Overall, a great experience thanks to James!
