Tim Hortons

I live on the south side, and even though there are Tim Hortons closer to me, I always went out of my way to stop at this location because it was on my route to work. Used to be worth it — the coffee was always spot on and the bagels were great.nnBut lately, things have gone completely downhill. Over the last 2-3 visits, the coffee and bagels have been consistently bad. They keep messing up simple orders — I ask for a double-double and end up with black coffee, or the cream and sugar are way off. The bagels are either barely toasted or totally burnt. And the cream cheese? They barely put any on — like just a smear.nnSomething’s definitely changed — maybe new staff or different management, I don’t know. But the quality is not what it used to be. Prices keep going up and the quality keeps getting worse. I’m honestly done with this location now. Really disappointed.

Nice Tim Hortons restaurant. My visit here was brief as I only bought an Iced Cappuccino and left. The restaurant looked clean and the service was fast and friendly. Easy access and open for all. Standard Tim’s so that when you enter you will feel familiar with the products and store.

Consistently reliable for a quick coffee and bite. The service here is usually fast even when the drive-thru is busy, and the staff keep things running smoothly. Coffee is fresh, and the baked goods and sandwiches are always stocked. Great for a grab-and-go stop or a quick sit-down when you’re on the move.

I have never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a employee working there NAME-DENIAL and brand as big as Tim Hortons. Management should take immediate action because no customer deserves to be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be warning others to stay away.

It's fortunate that Whyte Ave location is such a pain for parking, otherwise convincing crew to go there would be easier. To assist future sufferings of convenience over quality, here are tips to assist you.nn1. Always check your bag.n2. Speak three times louder than you think you ought to. Leave no question as to if you were heard.n3. Make them repeat the order back.n4. Double check the screen and the receipt.n5. They'll still screw you on sausage and give you bacon anyway, so really push on the point before giving them money.nnPathetic breakfasts, never enough prepped for sausage, and frankly unresponsive when they've screwed up. Management borders on useless, almost insulting.nnIf you have a choice, go elsewhere. If you don't, demand accuracy and what you paid for.
