Second Cup Café

Man at the counter was very kind and helpful with our orders. My brother ordered the Nutty Pumpkin Frocho seasonal autumn special and it was made very well. Will be coming back to get myself one. Also a great cozy place to study!

I had never gone to a Second Cup before today and I wished I had not gone. This was the worst coffee shop I had ever been to. One of the first things was the set up and atmosphere was just horrible. Extremely ugly. But then when I ordered I thought I'd go with their caramel frappe. Do NOT get the caramel frappe it tasted like ground up ice coffee. It was terrible! I couldn't taste even a hint of caramel. Definitely go to Starbucks instead, same price and way BETTER product!

Fantastic coffee, efficient service, lots of chairs and table tho the atmosphere and parking lot are a bit dated. My americano was good, the brewed iced tea was not to my sister’s liking unfortunately. Second Cup is my favourite coffee shop in the province.

I went to this branch about 6 times now, but i observed that the staff slim girll she doesnt smile, no customer service! I will not recommend this second cup’s branch, I like the one in 11640 104 Ave NW Edmonton, T5K 2T7… they have a friendly staffs especially at the night also Second Cup in WEM

I have been looking for a coffee shop for my lunch breaks and after walking in and out of many in the area, this is the first that has displayed the poppy. Thank you Second Cup….. this is my new coffee spot.
