Terrible experience at this location. I went in to order a BBQ Chicken Wrap, only to find out after I paid that it was discontinued. Instead of informing me beforehand, the employee decided to make me a BBQ Chicken Sandwich instead—without asking. To make things worse, the bun was completely burnt, and all I could taste was that awful burnt flavor. Extremely disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered online, selected a pickup time and ended up running 15 minutes late. When we got there we waited forever for someone to acknowledge us. I finally stopped someone and they still hadn’t even started our order yet.nWould not recommend based on staff friendliness or speed.

I always order my cold brew from here at the same time before work at 10pm. I always get my order on time and they make it taste exceptionally delicious every single time. Justine and her team are absolutely outstanding. Thanks guys!

Iris was super welcoming, took care of customers quickly and made probably the best tea that I’ve had in WEEKS. 3-11 shift at this store has been disappointing most times with slow service and not much care into product quality. Iris definitely deserves recognition for her hard work during a period where other people don’t usually put it in as much.

I have ordered oreo mocha iced cap and vanilla iced cap that’s my regular drinks and taste like disgusting. It’s taste like water and they didn’t completely listen my order. Totally worst experience.
