Ordered online, selected a pickup time and ended up running 15 minutes late. When we got there we waited forever for someone to acknowledge us. I finally stopped someone and they still hadn’t even started our order yet.nWould not recommend based on staff friendliness or speed.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a cheese croissant, which was served warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It was perfectly baked, soft on the inside, and had just the right flavor that made my visit really enjoyable.nnWhat stood out the most, though, was the excellent service. I want to especially appreciate Kiara and Amit, who went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. They were polite, welcoming, and quick with service. Kiara had a very friendly approach and made sure my order was prepared just right, while Amit was attentive and professional, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Their teamwork and positive attitude really made me feel valued as a customer.nnThe atmosphere inside the café was also very pleasant — clean, organized, and comfortable to sit and relax while enjoying my food. It’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing something quickly or sitting down for a short break.nnOverall, I had a really good experience here. The combination of tasty food, warm service from Kiara and Amit, and a nice environment makes this Tim Hortons one I would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

I always order my cold brew from here at the same time before work at 10pm. I always get my order on time and they make it taste exceptionally delicious every single time. Justine and her team are absolutely outstanding. Thanks guys!

Not the first time but this time its bacon in no bacon wrap i have requested for. Mentioned twice that No bacon in my wrap please. Took the drive through, reached office and figured out the bacon in first bite. Hell nonHonestly, burnt bagels are quite common, sugar no sugat is quite common. Different taste of same coffee everytime is also acceptable but people who doest eat meat doesnt eat meat. Its quite simple
