Tim Hortons

This location used to be great and I’m here way too often admittedly. I’m the past month it feels like all new staff and the new staff haven’t a clue. I prefer dark roast and it’s supposed to be “always fresh “ so why is there never enough to make a coffee? Better question why do I wait 15mins after placing my order to be told this? News flash if you run out make more, your drive through is so slow by the time I get to the window a new batch will be ready. First world problems I know but the complete incompetence at this location is astounding especially seeing as how these aren’t “kids”.

I really only go for a dark roast coffee, it's always very flavourful and has a stronger flavor the last few time iv ordered, which in my opinion is for the better. Maybe new grounds or they use more? It is quite good. Nothing like the old home brewed though. Timmy's you can't go wrong when it comes to dark roast, except when it's wrong.

**30 minutes for a cup of tea**nnGoing through the drive through I was told my order would take a bit longer and was asked to pull around to the front & someone would bring my drink out to me.nnI waited 15 minutes.nnwent inside waited in line to find out they forgot about me.nnThey make my tea and I leave. When I get to my car I open the lid and it’s the wrong drink.nnGo back innnWait in linennGet told I will have to wait an additional 5 minutes as they are again out of steeped teannI left with the incorrect drink as I didn’t have more time to spend waiting.nnI won’t be stopping back at this location.

Had to repeat my order three times in the window for her to hear me then I get to the window and she asked me did you get tea and I said yes, but she didn’t say steep tea and then I was like oh there should be a coffee too cause she didn’t hand me anything and she’s like no it was a tea and I said this is a steep tea isn’t what I asked for and I also got a coffee with the gray tea . Then she decided to give me attitude and said well I asked you three times and you said yes. And I said excuse me followed by. I also repeated my order three times and you still got it wrong. Treat your customers with respect or you will get the ignorance and the disrespect back. I get it Tim Hortons. Don’t get me wrong but if you’re gonna be disrespectful and rude, you’re gonna get it back there’s no reason to treat somebody like that. Never come back to this location.

This only happens to me at this location where I am receiving the wrong items or nothing at all.nFirst asked for a blueberry muffin got a chocolate chip one.nAsked for assorted timbits and got a full box of plain. Then this morning ordered 2 hash browns and didn’t get even one. Following the previous comment, this used to be my favourite location…skip this one!
