I dont usually write reviews, but I just had to for this place because of the great experience I had. I came in one time while I was in a bit of a rush and ordered an iced capp. Julia, the staff who helpd me, immediately noticed and handled my order so quickly. What stood out even more was how friendly and accommodating she was. That small gesture honestly turned my day around and left a positive impression. Experiences like this deserve recognition. Big thanks to Julia, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location

Have never had any issues with workers but their quality has gone way down. Donuts taste stale, coffee doesn't taste right. You can get 3 drinks all made the same and they all taste different. Just not good anymore.

I was gonna buy donuts and creamy chill when this fly caught my intentions. And i started to check the cleanliness of the story. It was so messy, the kitchen was dirty as well and there’s also a flies flying around the kitchen. Not only that but these bramptons staff always prioritize the drive thru i waited with my friend’s order for like 10 mins. Would never suggest this tims branch it’s so unhygienic idk how you guys pass the food safety i hope my comment reach out alberta food safety or catch their attention and pls stop responding with copy pasted reply i dont wanna rate or do any report at tim hortons site. Never in my life ive seen a fly in food and sell it to the customer. I just hope those ppl who bought these donuts are safe from contamination :
