Wake up, walk in and smell the coffee... and the fresh pastries, including columbian guava croissants, moist scones, delectable cookies and muffins. bring them home or enjoy them on their delightful outdoor patio space. alongside more familiar beverages this is establishment offers pour overs a type of coffee that was not familiar with but I was so happy to be acquainted with. Made in such a way so that the underlying flavor notes of the coffee are truly brought to the forefront in a way I thought only tea could really accomplish... quite astounding. service atmosphere ambience was perfect, need I say more?... or perhaps less rereading this I can see I'm gushing so hard it may be mistakenly believed that I'm some sort of shill for this joint. But alas I was happy they took my money; well spent.

Went to the Colombian because my phone died on the way to work Emma and Theresa helped me out and were so warm and friendly. My coffee and croissant were deliverers promptly! Great service from those two. GIVE THEM A RAISE! Thank you Theresa and Emma, y’all are cool as hell!

It was a 10/10 for me!! Service was excellent and knowledgeable about their specials, food and seasonal drink was delicious. Espresso, rosemary syrup and blood orange soda over ice!? What a great combination, it was so refreshing! Love the location as well and that they are dog friendly on the patio!

I love all the Colombians. This one is in the quaint Parkallen neighborhood. It's a teeny indoor space but the quality of food and service is superb.nnThere is a giant space in the back that's great for gathering when the weather is great.nnIt's a beautiful compliment to the other shops in the area. I am so glad that the franchise is doing well.
