Good service! I always got my order perfectly made. However, there's one issue with mobile orders: they can't be placed for pickup at this specific location. If they can get it fixed, it will be great.

Disappointed.nEvery.single.time. without a fail they cheap out on everything.nYou pay 1.99 for a bagel and $1 for the cream cheese. That's what a $3 bagel looks like.nnI Do not recommend this location.

This is the worst Tim Horton franchisee that I have experienced so far in the whole Canada.. Horrible staff and assistant manager. I had a heated discussion about an app promo and asked why they are not providing a donut that came with the breakfast wrap, the assistant manager and girl in the counter said, “ oh you didnt asked for it”?! well its clearly in Tim Horton app that the wrap came with a donut! So if I didnt asked they can get away wit it? what a sneaky and cheap trick! Oh by the way, the place has no tissue and coffee sleeve when we asked. The toilet so dirty and there were two big bees inside when we were there and no one from the staff bother if someone got stung. How come Tim Horton main office is allowing this kind of standard on their franchisees.I wonder how they treat and handle the foods, yuck, go somewhere else.

This location is sooooooo slow. I just stood in a 3 person line and it took 40 min to get a tea. They had 8 staff working. It is always like this so many people in the neighborhood go to a different location. Come on Tim's pull it together, there is no reason it should take 40 min to get a tea inside the restraunt.
