Disappointed.nEvery.single.time. without a fail they cheap out on everything.nYou pay 1.99 for a bagel and $1 for the cream cheese. That's what a $3 bagel looks like.nnI Do not recommend this location.

The food I purchased on this location today before 12pm, 21October2024 is the worst. I ordered through their drive thru Cilantro Lime Crispy Chicken bowl which I always does to other locations especially in the NE part with extra veggies. Goodness! It has only 3 piece of big cuts of lettuce, very very little portion of tomatoes, cucumber, corn not even 5 kernels and the worst the rice thing is mashy like a mash potato. Good as a babies’s food. I didn’t even eat it. Also the entire portion is little.

The lady doing night shift was so kind and generous and so full of energy had just ordered a hot chocolate but still she treated me so nicely. Wish all the Tim Horton staff were that kind.

I normally use this drive thru on my way to and from work, however the two ladies at window are well too invested in their own conversations to pay any attention to your customers! Thrust drinks at you out the window not even looking at customer, a very hurried thank you!!! Have a good day and release, I had the experience of hot coffee spilt all over my legs and stomach this morning. More attention to a job at hand, looking at the person your serving and at the very least of care would be ensuring the customer has a real grip on hot liquids.

Good service! I always got my order perfectly made. However, there's one issue with mobile orders: they can't be placed for pickup at this specific location. If they can get it fixed, it will be great.
