Just another Timmy’s, but it does the job well! The coffee is always good, and the staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. The atmosphere is what you’d expect—casual and perfect for a quick stop or a coffee break. It’s a reliable spot when you’re in need of a caffeine boost or a snack.

I need to do a shoutout to the staff at this particular location. Its busy. It’s crazy busy during the week. This location services a large area with an aggressive working person population and the staff does an amazing job keeping up, and tolerating the commuters. The locations a bit dated but it’s clean and well kept. The drive thru could be longer, but it works. There’s a decent amount of parking in the area. One special note; there are 4 garbage cans as you exit the drive thru! This feature is awesome and should be at every location. Thank you!

This morning was a disaster, the fabrication building across from my work caught fire, presently still an on going emergency. I called the Tim's closest, she said her GM is at Blackfoot, I called the Blackfoot Tim's and spoke to Michael the GM and he graciously sent out a mobile unit to help keep the fire and emergency crews warm and affiliated while they contain the fire and hazardous materials.nnKudos to Micheal for being a great GM and for Tim's donating time and coffee for emergency crews.

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the morning order taker around 8:00-8:30 am! He is so upbeat and enthusiastic, i feel like being a contestant on a game show! He set such a positive vibe, making my morning feel like a win. Starting my day with that energy leaves me refreshed and ready to tackle anything. His name is Rey as per the lady in the window, shout out to you! Thanks for bringing such joy and energy to my mornings! Can we get you as our host in our coming Christmas Party? :-

Good tea as always, however the lady working tonight at 9:15pm was extremely rude. While taking my order she just stopped talking or answering. Then when I repeated that was it she said “ yeah I was checking the tea just drive up”’ when I drove up to the window with it closed I heard her tell the other female worker that I was rude and ignorant. This has been thé worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.
