Tim Hortons

3 stars for the DRIVE THRU as this issue must m be addressed. I order food from Tim Horton’s because of convenience and speed. It’s common for them to tell the drive thru customers to park in front of the building after ordering. This is the 3rd time I’ve waited 20+ minutes for a chicken wrap. All 3 times, I’ve had walk into the restaurant after waiting 20mins, which is usually when they scramble to get my order made usually due to not having enough cooked rice prepped. This defeats the entire purpose of convenience and on-the-go meals. I now question if I’ll choose this location at times when I’m in a rush.nn3 stars and not 1 or 2 because the lady offered me free timbits for the inconvenience, which is quite generous and lovely customer service.

The amount of care at this location is very low. I ordered a bacon farmers wrap this morning in the drive thru. I was suprised to find the wrap blown apart after taking the paper wrapper off. Also, I received a sausage farmer wrap. I understand that this a busy location but come on. Do better Tim Hortons !

Very disappointed with my experience today at the drive-thru. We ordered steeped tea but were given coffee instead. When we asked for a water cup, it wasn’t provided. Meanwhile, three staff members were standing together talking while orders were being handled incorrectly. The lack of attention to customer service was frustrating. I expect better accuracy and professionalism.

I visited this branch today for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The meal was extremely salty. When I spoke to the staff about it, instead of apologizing, she said it wasn’t possible to address the issue. When I asked her to test or correct the meal, she refused and did not offer a replacement or refund. I will not be trying their food again.

Just another Timmy’s, but it does the job well! The coffee is always good, and the staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. The atmosphere is what you’d expect—casual and perfect for a quick stop or a coffee break. It’s a reliable spot when you’re in need of a caffeine boost or a snack.
