Tim Hortons

My go-to Tims when I'm in the area. We do a company breakfast for the guys at the shop. The tims team does a great job. We order for 14 to 19 people and the food and coffee are still nice and warm after a 7 minute. Food is always ready on time and order is correct. Managers get to know you and are very friendly. The one manager runs a few restaurants and is always willing to help even touches base with me after orders to make sure everthing is up to my expectations.

I am at this location everyday. It is the closest location to my work and when my boss does coffee runs, this is where he goes.nThey get the order wrong at least twice a week. It's either half full cups of coffee or it's just wrong all together, forcing me to drive back and get it replaced.nI have spoken to the manager about this on three separate occasions and nothing changes. I wouldn't go to this location if I didn't have to, but we are very busy and it's the most convenient.nMy advice? Drive another 2 minutes and hit Tim's on 58th. They'll at least fill your coffee all the way up

I like the way it was been toasted perfectly done keep it up and our caramilk ice cup so refreshing best tim hortons in the area

We always visit our local Tim's. Comfort food and beverage. Love my Earl gray tea with 2 sweeteners.

A regular customer due to proximity to work. Hit and miss with the customer service - I find the earlier the better the service and drive thru staff is. Wait times are rough sometimes due to how busy it is at all times. Always feels like they are shoving food into your window when you are trying to put the debit card away, would appreciate some patience from the staff. I also understand that we as customers aren’t always nice, so good on them for trying not to scream.
