Tim Hortons

Used to be a 3 but now it's a 1. I bought a roast beef cravable sandwhich and got one piece of roast beef. The picture on the menu shows at least three. The attendant said it's because they fold the roast beef so it looks like more in the picture... However, there's no way that one piece of roast beef could be folded so many times that it looks like three and still fill the bun. Very disappointed in the false advertising.

Not very polite druve thru staff, drug addicts in the way of driving through the drive thru, squished food, not toasted like i asked. Better of going somewhere else.

I would rate this location 0 out of 5. I came here around 2:20 pm. The lady who took my order need to learn some atticates. Even the lady on the window was in rush no hello no thank you. This location is really getting worse. I was ordering steeped tea, they didn’t let me finish my order as she start yelling on me. At last, when I took a bite of my egg farmers wrap, the was stale and black in colour and then they made my farmers wrap again but add sausage in it. However, I never ate sausage in my life because of religious factors. Please follow up with the crew members. It’s completely disappointing.

I faced racism at this time hortons, to add insult to injury the way i was treated was nothing short of poor. They didn't finish fulfilling my order, so I asked for the receipt and pointed out they didn't give me the bagel I ordered for my son. I watched them serve a few people after giving my coffees...I watched them get their food, I had to remind them for a second time. Rude service, never will I ever support that location. If zero stars were an option, that's what they would of received.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps, 1 chicken and 1 beef craveable, large ice coffee and a large ice cap.nGot home, noticed our wraps had nothing but chicken and lettuce. Ice coffee had no ice. The craveables were thrown together and a mess.nI called and spoke to Preet and explained what the situation was. I asked how this would be made right... she offered for me to come back and get my order at no charge. Okay... fair enough.nShe took my name and number and asked when I would be in. I said I could come the next day.nNext day, go to Tim's to redeem the replacements and it was nothing but a hassle. I explained it 3 different times at the order box, and I was met with 'well... did you speak with someone or not'. Again, said I had spoken to Preet.nGet to the window and they tried to charge me.nExplained the situation AGAIN. finally, it was understood.nGet home... ice coffee was great! Didn't get the craveables after all the kerfuffle, I just didn't even want to bother about itnAnd will attach the pictures of the food recieved.nThis is unacceptable.nPeriod.
