Tim Hortons

I don't know if I should laugh or cry. They manage to cook the pizza so well it's shrinked, the crust is burnt but the bacon remains raw. It takes special talent to do this. Wow

The WORST Tim Hortons I've ever seen. In the morning the drive thru was soooo slow in taking orders that I have to give it 1 star. Everyone in the line had to wait at least 4-5 mins to order and then another 4-5 mins to get the order. THE WORST. Food is 3 star, just because it's tim hortons. Either hire more staff OR train properly OR close it.

ABSOLUTE WORST Tim Hortons in the city. We ordered 3 farmers wraps, one was bacon with mayo instead of chipotle and the other two were sausage and mayo instead of chipotle. All the wraps had old hashbrowns in the wraps, rock hard bacon or old sausage and old cheese that wasn’t even melted. They also still had chipotle, the bacon one had maybe a 1/4 teaspoon of mayo and the others had no mayo. Don’t waste your money here

I had ordered potato wedges and coffee, they told me they just ran out but fresh ones are almost done in about a min. They asked me to wait for them and that they would make my coffee freah at the same time which I was fine with. I had a seat and they bought fresh hot coffee and potato wedges to my table. Customer services at its best

My experiences at restaurant have been consistently disappointing. Multiple times, I've received the wrong order through the drive-thru, and when I've brought this issue to the attention of the staff, there has been no acknowledgment or not even an apology. It's not so much the mix-up that bothers me—it's the lack of response and the apparent indifference to customer satisfaction. This location seriously lacks the professional customer service that I've come to expect from Tim Hortons. I hope this feedback prompts some necessary changes.
