Starbucks

Soooo I had a great drink, and then found a multitude of blue plastic in my drink and completely lost my appetite. It was a caramel ribbon crunch so it's crunchy and chunks are expected so I had it in my mouth for quite a bit. Really really grossed outnnLater on: found more!!! I wonder how many of these things I accidently drank before I noticed nnEdit: Starbuck's reply was a $50 gift card, which basically covered our one trip there. I'm still not happy, but, I'm thankful they at least covered that much. Haven't been able to order this drink again :/

Went through the drive thru this morning ordered a venti Chai Latte with vanilla and a brown sugar oat americano with an extra shot of expresso,the order taker read it back to me. I get to work and when I went to take my first sip of my Latte all I tasted was coffee. They gave ne someone else's Latte. Never going back to thus location as this is the 2nd time this has happened.

Please forever keep Joely she is the most lovely lady ever to exist. She let me watch her make all the drinks and she was so sweet to me and my friend. She has such an amazing aura about her and even through a big rush she was still engaging in conversation with me! Such an amazing girl!!

This drive-thru is one of the busiest I've ever encountered. I waited around 20-30 minutes just to get my iced coffee.

My sister and I came in about a week or so ago and there was someone working there I think her name is Joely who gave the best experience ever. She was so warm, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Awesome experience and thank you for being so awesome!
