Starbucks

I’ve been a frequent visitor to this Starbucks location, but my latest encounter was quite disappointing. Upon entering, I noticed a group of staff engaged in conversation in a corner, completely ignoring customers approaching the counter. Despite intending to inquire about my order, no one acknowledged my presence, prompting me to locate my pre-ordered drink myself. To my dismay, upon leaving, none of the staff even bothered to verify if I had received the correct drink or checked in on my order. The lack of attention to customers’ needs was disheartening and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

The girl who made my drink with glasses was extremely unfriendly and aggressive. She was throwing things around, twitching. When I asked why there was less drink in my glass than usual, she rudely told me that it should be like that. But I've ordered the same drink a million times and I know how it should look.nWhen I politely asked to add the missing volume of the drink, she offered me ice, even though I had originally ordered a minimum of ice. I politely declined and asked for more liquid.nThe grandfather very rudely grabbed the glass and started pouring whatever he wanted into it! Then threw it all back at me.nWhen I asked the other girl her name several times, they said they didn't know her name! Maybe her name is Alex.nnI understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this disrespect for customers ruins everything! If you work with customers, please leave your bad mood at home, not spread it to the customers!!!nExtremely negative experience!!!!!!

Disappointed. Got a mocha. No taste. Just warm milk. They say they will remake it. Less then a minute later. They dump it into a new cup. The same drink but add a shot of espresso. no flavor added. Just burnt. It's the closest Starbucks. But this is the third time at this location in 2 weeks. Not worth coming here for the morning coffee.

I put in a mobile order before going through the drive-through. When I got to the window, the barista with glasses and long black curly hair was absolutely awful to me complaining that I had put in a mobile order. Won't ho back to this one ever again.

Enjoyed the food and drink, but the girl with black curly hair was obnoxiously rude and dismissive despite the fact that I was trying to be polite. Absolutely pathetic show of insecurity to act like that towards a customer. Left a bad taste in my mouth…
