Tim Hortons never disappoints! The food is always freshly prepared, and the taste is spot on—absolutely delicious. Whether it’s their classic coffee, donuts, or sandwiches, everything is great value for money. You get quality food without breaking the bank. The service is usually quick, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Perfect for a morning coffee run or a quick snack anytime.nnHowever, I was a bit disappointed that they don’t serve halal food. That being said, they do have a variety of vegetarian options to try, which is great for those looking for alternatives. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Tim Hortons. The employees were rude and dismissive when we pointed out that our order was made incorrectly, and instead of fixing it, they acted as if we were the problem. We politely asked for the Ice Cap to be remade since it was clearly wrong, but the situation was handled with zero professionalism. When we brought it up with the manager, things only got worse, the manager was even more unhelpful and unprofessional than the staff. She even argued with us when we explained that a Mocha Espresso Ice Cap is darker than a regular Ice Cap, and the one we were given was clearly lighter than usual, we were forced to drink this so it didn’t go to waste. If this is the level of customer service the store is okay with, it reflects very poorly on both the manager and the team. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been to this Tim Hortons many times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are friendly and make an effort to get orders right, even when it’s busy. The service is fast, the coffee is always fresh, and the food comes out just the way it should. The place is clean and welcoming, which makes it a nice spot to sit down for a quick coffee or grab something on the go. This location really stands out for its consistent quality and customer care.

I ordered a mocha ice cap with a shot of an espresso and they gave me a normal ice cap with an espresso I asked for them to make me a new one because this does not taste or look like a mocha. They refused and sent me on my way. The manager was very rude showing no sympathy. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary.

I went through the drive thru at around 9pm and waited around 3minutes to order because the line hadn’t moved- not my reason for posting.nnI, verbatim, ordered 2 Large mocha iced caps and I said not Oreo mocha because in the past they’ve made mistakes between the two.nnI reach the window and wait around 6-7minutes to receive my 2 drinks. Low and behold I realized the drink was going to be wrong no matter what.nnI’m only writing a review because I went out of my way to specify and ensure there would be no mistakes for my order. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to make a drink someone asks for.nnI hadn’t mentioned the problem because at this point at least 15 minutes had passed.
