Swung by last min to cash in my free birthday reward on the app! It was the only Tim's open past 6pm on a stat holiday. I forgot about it in the morning so I missed out getting a free breakfast sandwich, but I got a choice of any drink. Got an XL French Vanilla!
Just ordered a pack of 20 Timbits only got 18 and three flavours
The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The older lady who works here is THE RUDEST!! If you work in customer service , be prepared to SMILE AND BE FRIENDLY. Absolutely inappropriate operation of a franchise, the people who work here should go to another Tim Hortons some time to see what the expectations actually are. And I don't care about what people have to say about servers, I worked with foods and in customer service without tips for 15 years and I ALWAYS had a gd smile on my face even if I had a situation on my hands.
I asked for a slushie and they recommended a iced latte. Not a slushie. At least they replaced it with a slushie when asked. They seemed not too care much for the customer experience otherwise. Of the people giving bad ratings who the owners are asking to call their customer service, I wonder how many will, given that the owners could simply address what issues have been raised in the reviews.
The food is the same as Tim's everywhere but man, do these people not give a $#!* about helping anybody. Won't come again.nnEDIT- Scratch that, somehow the food is worse. The cheese wasn't melted in my wrap and it was cold on the inside.
