Tim Hortons

I have a few reasonable pet peeves. Firstly, the flat bread pizzas tend to rarely be properly cut. I like to believe that using a pizza cutter with slightly more force isn’t that difficult. Secondly, and most importantly. When donuts are purchased. Putting them inside a small brown little paper bag. When the donut icing smears, melts, rubs off onto the paper bag. You get disgusting garbage crap treats. I do not understand how hard it would be to simply use wax paper squares. Or not to put the donuts face to back. Because everyone loves their donut icing being on the adjacent donuts rear bottom. A lot of locations do this. And I strongly believe needs to be addressed. As it makes me want to stop being a customer. Because I find it so disrespectful. And shows me the kind of forethought that’s put into their customers enjoyment and satisfaction. It makes me feel taken advantaged of. Do you agree? Has this happened to you? In the photos that was a Canadian Maple donut. That’s now some gross plan sticky mess. And then four Canadian maples and Boston creams all stuck together. Presentation is extremely important in the service industry. I’m tired of letting this go. Tim Hortons needs to convince me why I should settle for this kind of low caliber of service. This issue happens on the regular. So it’s not like it’s an isolated incident. The entire franchise needs to address this. PLEASE

Not only was the Flatbread Pizza the absolute worst made that I have ever seen, with little to no sauce or cheese, but when I brought it to the staff's attention, they refused to fix it, stating that this is how they are told to make it. Individual strands of cheese are clearly visible and over 1/4 of the surface of the flatbread is completely bare, which was not the case when I ordered the exact same item 2 days ago. I have to wonder why they serve such low quality food here compared to other locations.

My 3 year old daughter almost choked this morning on a piece of plastic wrap that was inside of her bagel. Upon further investigation her bagel was two tops and mine was two bottoms. Do better Tim Hortons! Customer service is more important than rushing people out your window.

The coffee I’ve received here is frequently watery and lacks the rich taste I expect from Tim Hortons, especially when I order it with cream. Additionally, the flatbread pizza has not met the quality standards I’ve come to appreciate.nnMoreover, the customer service has been lacking. On one occasion, I felt unwelcome when a staff member reacted negatively to my request to scan my points. This has led me to avoid this location altogether, despite it being only a four-minute drive away.

I’ve just had my last visit to this Tim Hortons. Each time I give it another chance, I leave disappointed. Not only do they seem to mess up my order every visit, but the lack of attention to detail has even led me to throw out what I receive because it’s often wrong or poorly prepared. The drive-through is painfully slow, with wait times that make it clear efficiency is not a priority here. To top it off, the staff are unfriendly, barely acknowledging customers. There’s never a greeting at the till, which makes the experience feel unwelcoming and like we’re an inconvenience. Unfortunately, this location does not reflect the Tim Hortons standards that people have come to expect.
