Tim Hortons

Not only was the Flatbread Pizza the absolute worst made that I have ever seen, with little to no sauce or cheese, but when I brought it to the staff's attention, they refused to fix it, stating that this is how they are told to make it. Individual strands of cheese are clearly visible and over 1/4 of the surface of the flatbread is completely bare, which was not the case when I ordered the exact same item 2 days ago. I have to wonder why they serve such low quality food here compared to other locations.

I had been coming to this location for a while and never had an experience worth a bad review till today. Some questionable, but none out right rude. The 2 stars is because not all the staff are rude.nnI had asked for a sausage wrap as a meal and asked if it came with a hash brown separately because I didn’t know. The male at the counter said yes so I paid then waited.nnI received my tea and wrap but no hash brown so I simply asked the man who served me if it was coming. He said it’s in the wrap. I told him that I had asked for sit separately and not in the wrap. He said he’d sell the hash brown to me now.nnI said to not worry about the hash brown and just remake the wrap because I would like to get what I thought I paid for. I even apologized for HIS inconvenience.nnHe stared at me for a couple seconds with a dirty look on his face, and I had to ask again. He sighed then grabbed it from the counter and talked to the woman making my wrap who I appreciated did it without the huffing and side eye.nnWhen he came back near the counter I did tell him he didn’t have to be rude about it. He just said “okay” then kept going about his business. No sorry, or anything.nnI work 2 separate jobs that both have serving, customer service and hospitality aspects and the first thing you learn is to never treat a customer like that. To at least apologize then move on.nnI get its an early shift but he chose to be there. Not a great start to my day when I’m being treated like an inconvenience as a CUSTOMER.nnCan I ask for someone else to serve me in the future? Because now I can’t trust that man to input my order correctly, or not get frustrated with me when it’s not what I asked for.nnSuch a small issue that didn’t need this big of a review if he just simply apologized for a simple mistake. But instead he kicked off my morning with a snotty unwarranted attitude.

I mostly visit during the morning shift when i am off to work or to start the day.nnThe staff is incredibly welcoming and always greets me with a smile. They know all of my orders right down to my preferences, which is so nice.nnThey definitely make my day from the start.

I just had a sip of my coffee and got this in my mouth. Do you follow any sort of health and safety regulations? Will not be going back to this Tim Hortons any time soon and definitely not referring anyone else to ether I'm grossed out right now. How often does this happen am I the one in a million or is it a common place event? And secondly do you even read any of the reviews your customers post I'm in shock you are still in business being this negligent.

My mom went here today and they were practically throwing her cash change and drinks at her out the window. They were rude and abrasive. I understand fast service but that was too fast. Slow down. Make good drinks. My ice cap wasn’t even full.
