Tim Hortons

This is my sausage and bacon farmers wrap. Considering all the effort is put into the drive through and only one person behind the counter when I went in to show them. I didn't ask for another one, I simply told her this is why I'll never be back.

I purchased two large French vanilllas and one of them is so below the fill line it's borderline robbery. Great service but really disappointing about the lack of filling up to an appropriate place in the cup, especially for the price of a French vanilla.

This place was okay. The workers that serve me are usually nice kids. Usually outside there’s lots of trash, the inside is mostly kept clean but during busier times it does get messy, I usually notice food crumbs and drink spills on most of the tables. Although one specific time I did notice a whole garbage bag, just sitting outside. This really upset me, it’s not only an eyesore but very disappointing knowing that this is how this brand wants to show their stance when it comes to the environment and community. Please do better

Staff were friendly which was such a nice change compared to other Tim Hortons. They said please, thank you and have a nice day. Coffee was fresh and hot :

There’s a worker in here that likes to waste people’s time and annoy people when ordering at the drive thru. I am sure he does it on purpose. Happened to my friends and family a couple of times as well. You clearly order what you want and it’s as if he plugs his ears and pretend he did not hear you. There were moments where he’d go silent for more than 10 seconds before asking you to repeat what you order again. He’d ask you repeatedly if you can say your order over and over and over again to the point that it starts to frustrate you. And then when you get your food, it’s the wrong order or something is missing.
