Starbucks

Typical Starbucks. Quality and service e and friendly. Keep it up. Love going to a place that is consistent. Don't we all. No unusual surprises? At least no bad surprises, lol.

Considering it's inside a Safeway..nnThe service I get is superb and the product is excellent. Nice waiting area and seating. Again it's in the Safeway which can be a bit hectic but I think they do great work here.

I don't know why I keep on coming here. Time after time they make mistakes. Multiple times have made my drink wrong. I did not go back to get them to fix it cause I've gone back to work and can't leave. One time their debit machine was not working and they kept on blaming me for not paying. Then when they realized it was their fault, they again asked me to pay more to ensure their cash was in balance at the end of the night. No apology. Then I call the next day to follow up for a refund and again, no apology or accountability. They also don't seem to know the answer to most questions I ask them. They make me feel like I am a bother to them. They need a major refresher on good customer service. But even then, I will not be back.

Decent SB. Never messed up my order to date. In the Safeway, no drive through option. Clean. Lots of parking outside.

Went here for a frapp. There was 2 girls working. One just standing at the till. The other making the drinks. Me and two other customers. The girl making my drink took 5 minutes to make my drink. But she also forgot the ice? So I paid $6.45 for milk and syrup!?!? But since she took so bloody long I didn't complain. I just wanted to get out of the store with a drink....
