Tim Hortons

Everytime we order through drive through they are rushing to get best possible window times but never care to get the order right. Everytime I order sausage and bacon BF sandwich I pay for that but either they forget sausage or bacon. Never a single napkin in the bag. I wish they could pay attention to better food and service then getting the best window times.

Absolutely terrible. No idea what’s going on with your employees, but management should probably start paying closer attention. I have dined at this establishment a couple of times. My last 2 visits have been an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a habanero chicken wrap probably about a week ago. What I got was almost not edible! I had to bring it back to the manager and complain! Now the manager did her due diligence and made me another free of charge. Which I do appreciate. However, when I went there today I ordered the same thing I really like those wraps. What I got was not even what I ordered. Since when do you put ranch dressing on the wrap??? To put it in perspective I get that same wrap all the time because I enjoy it. Not once has it ever had ranch on it. My girlfriend ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, not sure if someone was not paying attention but I think that’s how the ranch ended up on mine, anyway it looked like someone stepped on it with bacon hanging out of the sides and barely wrapped. I suggest you hold a staff meeting and brief your employees on this matter. As I will not be dining here again, I do not recommend it for anyone else either. Paid $25 for 2 drinks and 2 wraps. Just to not even eat my wrap. Thanks.

A very sweet moment at this Tim Hortons. An employee took the time out of his busy work day to go outside and give two people in need gift cards. I am not sure if he knows that anyone noticed his good deed but thank you for spreading the love this Christmas season. Food and service was also great!

I decided to go into the store versus going through the drive-thru. I was greeted by a young man who clearly was training or close to coming out of his training but new. His name was Ahil.nIn a time when everything seems rush rush rush, and customer service is a mindless interaction, he was very polite. He reminded me to use my Tim Hortons card, as well as offered me their newest croissant, which looked delicious and I did decide to buy it. I just thought he had a very pleasant demeanor and smile and welcoming and it made my day.

Today we stopped in for a coffee and donut. Everything was really fresh and great. They had a wide variety of donuts, muffins and many different types of sandwiches. The service was excellent. Right now for a limited time you can play roll up the rim. You never know you might win something.
