Tim Hortons

Thank you to Larisa for excellent service at Tim Hortons. She always greets customers with a smile and a positive attitude. I ordered chicken soup – everything was fast and delicious. Larisa knows how to create an atmosphere where customers feel comfortable. It’s very nice to have such employees who truly care about everyone. I highly recommend this place, and I especially commend Larisa for her professionalism!

I asked for the small French vanilla and a new introduced sea salt wedges. When I got the wedges, It wasn't fresh at all and guess what I asked right away that are you giving me a fresh wedges. She said yes with weird smile. 100 Percent it wasn't fresh.. I will never ever go this location again..

I visited a busy Tim Hortons recently and was impressed with the friendly and quick service. However, it was quite cold inside, as the air conditioning seemed to be turned up too high. Despite this, it was a decent place to sit and get some work done.

Ordered sausage and bacon English muffins, but they didn't include the bacon. I politely told the cook, and she gave me a dirty look and refused to correct the error. No receipt given, and not worth further hassle to correct the issue. It's just nice to get what you ask for. Place wasn't very tidy.

We came from Ontario for our short trip to Calgary. Asked the staff to prepare a farmers wrap with hash brown and egg, they said they couldn’t do it, this is the first time somebody said they cannot make this wrap. The female employee working on Sunday afternoon was making faces when the male employee was asking her to check the availability of egg and hash browns. We then asked for a veggie wrap with egg which tasted really good. We appreciate the service and efforts from the male employee but we didn’t like the female employee’s attitude.
