Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons has plenty of parking although the interior space is not. It has charging stations for the customers to plug in their devices. The service is ok. My main concern is the washroom. As u can see from the images, its dirty and filthy. The toilet bowl is wiggling and falling off. The garbage bin is pretty old and falling apart. There should be a standard for a clean washroom to use by customers. Calling Tim Hortons Franchisor. Check this location...

I will never go to this location again! It is the WORST!!! The service was HORRIBLE! If I could have given ZERO STARS, that’s exactly what this location would get!nI waited forever for my order. Other customers waited forever for their order! The staff was not considerate that it was rush hour. Let’s mention food preparation that was not properly prepared as they ran out of one of the top selling breakfast items, eggs- which one of the egg sandwiches I ordered had eggshell in. While waiting, I then noticed another worker was not wearing her hairnet. Just HORRIBLE!!! This location needs better and more considerate staff that understands Excellent Customer Service and Tim Hortons’ system of operation.

Recently, the taste and quality of Tim Hortons coffee has declined almost everywhere in Toronto, But this branch with Bhiava and his night shift team is great, their coffee's size of cream and sugar are optimum and delicious, Im driving here for 6 7 8km sometimes..

Good service but the 4 cheses twist was not fresh at all and had a weird taste. It was purchased via drive through so I did not wanted to go back to complain about the quality of the pastry.

I've been visiting the Tim Hortons at Bathurst and Finch regularly and have consistently had positive experiences. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh. It's a reliable spot for a quick bite or a coffee on the go. Keep up the good work!
