Have been drinking Hazelnut Cold brew for quite a while now and I do know consistency will be different from store to store... But this one sucks...nnThere was no Cold foam on the top and when I complaint, I was told that its already inside...nnHow the hell top cold foam is insidenNeed to train new guys properly...

Today I purchased a bagel with cream cheese and was quite disappointed. The bagel had barely any cream cheese on it, and what was there was unevenly spread. This is not acceptable, as the amount of cream cheese was far less than what I expect for the price paid. I hope the store can improve in this area for future customers.

Kajana is the nicest employees I've ever met. She makes me feel like apart of the family ever single time I go in there. I specifically go there to say hi because she's so nice. Highly recommend going here.

Went to this location to grab takeout this morning normally wouldn’t be my first choice, but I was already in the area. Ordered a bagel B.E.L.T., only to discover there was no bacon when I arrived home.nnDoesn’t the “B” in B.E.L.T. imply bacon as one of four essential ingredients not including the bagel? It wasn't even busy when I placed my order, so there’s really no excuse for this oversight.nn@Tim Hortons corporate office, your menu is barely edible and/or desirable to begin with. The least you can do is emphasize the importance of customer service to all your franchisees.nn@Store manager, reading your store’s reviews reveal a steady diet of subpar interactions with its patrons. If your staff continually display a pattern of poor attitudes and below than average service, then maybe it’s time to retrain them. Otherwise, hire individuals who actually want to be there.
