Tim Hortons

A few days ago I stopped by and got worth service ever. The young girl who was taking orders didn’t want to be there and served everyone with rude behaviour. After that kind of treatment, you never want to go there.nIt was my favourite place and love the staff there. However, it’s changed and the staff don’t even try to do the job properly. I’m not even talking about a little smile and a friendly attitude.nnWhat happened to my favourite place?nnEdited. I read some of the reviews in the past and it seems they had some service as me. The owner replied to most of them saying they'll address the problems. However, so many months later nothing is improved. Are we reviewing here is wasting our time?

This location is kind of our favourite place to get teas and coffees from one year as very close to home. I must say never disappointed with my purchase . I love Tim’s all the time, when happy, sad or anything. I like to drink London fog but I always get the same good taste. Thanks

Went to this location on Sep 1 around 9:30am and ordered two bagels and 2 drinks. Walking in I noticed an older Caucasian lady with short hair walk in after us, she was wearing a purple top and thought to myself, nice, same color as my top! Walked inside and lined up, ordered our items. We were still paying and I turned around and noticed the same lady already in the food waiting area. She already had a drink, didn't think anything of it. Until our very specific food order came out in a bag and she grabbed it. My partner and I thought, should we tell her it's ours? My good heart thought, what are the chances but maybe she ordered the exact thing! We waited a bit then asked the employee who was making our food, if that order she made was specifically what we ordered.. she said yes! Unfortunately that lady stole our order.. and now come to think of it, we didn't see her order or pay for that drink she was holding either. Hope this does not happen to other customers, wanted to let the store know so they're aware this could happen again. Besides this, Nigel, employee who took our order was nice and all other employees were quick and friendly! Thank you!

Went in with my family for a drink. What AMAZED me happened to the customers behind me. A mom and her son walked in, clearly the boy was VERY excited for a Smile Cookie. Unfortunately, they were currently sold out. The boy had a tough time with this disappointment and cried quite a bit. The next time I looked up, one of the workers a lady working drive thru took the chocolate chip the family order and added the smile face to it. What a simple and INCREDIBLE way to make someone days. I cried knowing how happy that would make my own boy. The boy was instantly cheered up and SO appreciative. How wonderful!

This Tim's is good. It's a full Time Horton's, so they have it all. My favorite things to get here are Sausage and egg on a croissant and some tim bits. The sandwiches are also pretty good. Fresh and tasty.
