Hard to find anyone to help you some days. Lots of product. Outstanding selection and pricing on the live plants. Probably one of the most well stocked and best selection of plants in the Garden Center of the Mavis road location. The Lady from the nursery who works there was helpful and highly knowledgeable about all the beautiful plants. She helped us plan our garden and taught us how to do it right for our challenging yard.

Great customer service, I like home depot compared to other hardware store, just walk to Canadian tire or Rona and you will see the difference, home depot offers dicscout items that are slightly opened or tempered and return policy is really simple similar to Wal-Mart , yet they have more locations than Rona and Lowe's, Great store and selections

Bad Customer service -I picked up a Air Purifier at this location on Dec. 26, 2017. When I got home we open the box it looked used and filter were dusty. I couldn't believe Home deport sold me a used product. I looked at the box and reciept to see may be I picked up "open box product" but I didn't see anything saying this was an open box and the price was regular price. Unbelieve they are reselling items that others had returned and charging regular price. On February 10, 2018- Bad Customer service from Home depot the latest incident happened today, I purchased 4 items for the work I need to do at home. I paid for all the items and the receipt was not provided, when I asked customer service I was told they would run my debit card again and when I have the statement from my bank they will return my money for the second charge. I immediately check with my bank and the bank confirmed the transition went through and home depot has been paid but still Home Depot team wanted to charge me twice and for me to come back again another day to get my refund. I spoke to the manager in charge and he said it was the way it is and if I needed a receipt I must be charge twice. His logic was this happens a lot at all home depots and this is what we must do to get a receipt. I had run retails stores in the past and as a manager, I would never charge a customer twice and inconvenience them to come back again. A retail store should strive for Good customer service and to get customer in and out. But the service from Home Depot is not what a customer wants from retail store. After getting nowhere with manager and customer service, I decided to call you 1-800 and I was told by the agent this is a Home Depot Policy to charge customer twice and then the customer comes back to get their refund for second charge. I would like Home Depot to explain how this makes sense as it wrong to charge twice and inconvenience a paying customer for a mistake by their employees/ system store

Best store among other Home Depot stores in mississauga. Excellent staff,very good organized, assistance is available always

Lots of parking, easy access and a very well stocked location. Sometimes it can be difficult to find staff for assistance.
