It is so refreshing to receive efficient customer service! I want to acknowledge the professional, yet personable customer service I received a few weeks ago from Bill. Thank you for your prompt replacement of the rollers on the bottom of my backyard screen door, as well as going beyond the expectation of doing so by ensuring the pet screen remained secure in the frame! The screen door has returned to gliding beautifully open and closed. May the summer backyard fun continue! :
The staff are very attentive and meet your needs. No need to shop for yourself. You go there for a reason and they point you exactly what you need. In and our and totally friendly. Have what you need too. Makes Home depots and Lowes like the poor service big box stores.
Smallish store but crammed with everything you need! In one instance, we went to Canadian Tire, Walmart, and Home Depot looking for a product only to ultimately find it at the Streetsville Home Hardware. They are a little out of our way because of where we live, but definitely worth the drive.
I go to this store more than HD or Lowes. Last time I went the man name wayne was so helpful he took his sweet time to help me out and everything was smooth. Thumbs up for the best customer service.

This is a great place to get your home improvement needs. The whole experience of being able to buy easily and without a lot of wait times is a pleasant surprise. Thanks Wayne for being a great support for the community and helping with product selection and tips.
I could not be happier to have had my very first experience at the Streetsville Home Hardware. I called on a Tuesday about ordering some patio chairs and by Friday the chairs were ready and I was contacted. The price quoted on the phone was incorrect, however Wayne from Home Hardware honoured the price quoted on the chairs and by Saturday they were in the backyard! What an amazing Hardware store. I managed to pickup so many other items there. Unique, and pretty much anything you are looking for they have in stock or are happy to order them in. The service and stock was super impressive and I'd say that while I don't live in Mississauga, I will strive to make that my store of choice! Brilliant!
Busy last little store huge variety of all home improvement products and tools, I went on the weekend, the staff offer amazing advise from how to install stuff to the importance of having good Windows and doors. Also a great selection of BBQ's at the moment.
