I applied for a position with this company and boy did I dodge a bullet on this one!nnThey have a very manipulative hiring process. They wasted my time and to top it all off, if I did not do my due diligence of following up with them I would not have had an answer.nnThe HR coordinator is clueless and to say the HR manager is unprofessional, that is an understatement. They had technical difficulties and could not hold an interview during the appointed and confirmed timing, but they had the audacity to send an email 20 mins later saying they could not do the interview while I was left hanging.nnAfter I reached out to them, they said they will confirm a new timing and get back to me. Lo and behold! I found out they conducted interviews during that same day and moved forward with another candidate. How did I find out? While doing my due diligence following up with the HR coordinator she responded that she “Forgot” to email me to let me know of the outcome.nnFirst impression is a lasting impression. I’ve been to many interviews before but the lack of communication and professionalism of this company left a bitter taste in my mouth.nnI can only imagine the day to day business processes and functions . I am sure there are good people working there but their HR staffs are something, and no this ain’t no compliment.
