Excellent warranty. When I called I was expecting to have to go through a rigorous process to get warranty coverage but I was only asked roughly how long ago I purchased my product and they instantly put in motion to send me the replacement part I required. The call centre staff I dealt with was super nice and was even apologetic that it would take few days to courier. I've always liked Moen products and this was the first time I needed any warranty service. Based on this experience I will always look to buy Moen above other brands.

Amazing and almost unbelievable warranty service. Call in the morning just to ask how the warranty works and on my way home picked up all the parts and instructions was emailed to me Faucet was fixed and operational by end of the same day Thx Moen

The parts & service guy spent only a minute adjusted the pulldown wand I brought in and water leaking problem solved! Thanks MOEN!

To anyone out there interested in how to deliver the best customer service possible - look no further than MOEN. In the last six months they have replaced under warranty three parts for my 8 yr old kitchen faucet. My faucet functions like new. Nobody stands behind their products like MOEN. Thank you.

Very helpful phone call to customer service to receive replacement parts, no hassle, fast delivery. We lived with a leaky kitchen tap for 2 weeks, which was a terrible experience, but when I finally called Moen I had the parts within 4 business days and the instructions made the repair effortless. Thank you to the nice customer service lady who made the process so pleasant.
