Had the absolute worst experience at this auto centre. The employees are all very slow and confused all the time. Their tech, Mario, doesn’t know the first thing about cars. Had to bring my car for a simple basic safety on an Audi with less than 50k kms, 4 SEPERATE TIMES. I personally watched Mario DROP MY FRESHLY REFINISHED 19” AUDI RS3 RIM on the GROUND and heard it BANG through the glass after he finished taking pictures of it. The manager then proceeded to come to me and say “well I told them to be careful, what do you want me to do about it?” An absolute joke of a shop. If you care for your car and don’t want it getting handled like a piece of worthless junk, don’t come here.nI will never come back here again.

I came into the store specifically looking for a Hudson Bay throw pillow and was having a hard time finding the section. One of the employees noticed I looked a little lost and immediately came over to help me. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely welcoming from the start. Not only did he personally direct me straight to the pillows, but he also took the time to chat with me about them and shared a really sweet story about how his mom loves the Hudson Bay pillows too and how popular they’ve become with customers.nnWhat really stood out to me was how sincere and attentive he was throughout the interaction. It’s rare to come across someone so young who is that professional, thoughtful, and willing to make a customer feel comfortable and valued. He never seemed rushed or annoyed, even though the store was busy, and his positive attitude honestly made my shopping experience so much better.nnOverall, it was such a pleasant experience and the customer service completely exceeded my expectations. Employees like him are the reason people return to a store. I’ll definitely be coming back again! His name was Mason what a sweet employee.

They don't offer discounts on items in destroyed boxes but still keep them on shelves. How do I know if they work without taking them home and testing them?nTerrible attitude from aisle manager about this too...nIt was very difficult to have the cashier at customer service desk to test to see if the product was working well.nThe reply I got to this review was to call a number which was the only good part of my interaction with canadian tire today. However I was told that the customer representative had no authority to do anything about this. So I do not think anything will come out of this either because I was told my experience will be relayed to Voice of Customer department which in turn will contact other people about my experience. They created a profile for me and when I asked if the Voice of Customer department will reach me about it I was told there was no way of them doing this. I am the customer and a department which claims to be my Voice has no way of reaching me, I cannot reach them directly either which I find to be very insincere and dismissive.nI was unhappy with the store and 2 employees but now I am also unhappy with corporate.nThe tire in the name isn't for car tires it's because you get tired...nDo not call the number they give you as a reply to your comments. It is a waste of time.

I’m a longtime Canadian Tire shopper and have been going to this store for almost 16 years. However today one of the cashiers really confirmed why I will not shop there again. I asked to purchase top soil priced $2.99 per bag I asked for 4 bags and described the look of the bag. The previous day I purchased 10 bags of brown mulch the cashier took out a book and I showed her what I wanted. Transaction was smooth and happy. Today I asked the cashier to show me the list in her book and it appeared that I was asking her to much . She appeared frustrated brought the book slammed it on the cash desk and said here. I asked are all these all $2.99 and she said no abruptly I was so upset at her attitude and said let me pay for the items I had and I wanted to leave. . If you don’t like your job then don’t be there. I drove to Sheridan Nursery and bought what I needed.. It’s people like this who do t care about customer service.nI’m done with this store . If you don’t want my business then you just showed me that you don’t.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely lousy service when it came to picking up my items. The 3 bins that I ordered came broken and was hidden in the middle of the bins when stacked together. It also looked extremely dirty and worn in, so I could tell it was also a return purchase. If that wasn’t bad enough, there was 2 lids missing from my order. What’s even worse was the reaction of the employees. When we asked to replace them, they looked annoyed and begrudgingly took their sweet time in getting replacements for us. One employee even refused to look at us when being told to take the bins away for replacement. Extremely unprofessional, and will never recommend pick-up purchases at this location and we will be notifying higher-ups.
