Called and tried to order over the phone. They have the worst customer service ever.

First off phone took forever to be answered. The Employee did not even indicate what business this was and answered simply with a hello.No this is Acklands Grainger how can I assist you or something along this lines. Called in to ask specific question on a product that the web site did not detail. He said I am not a the computer,if we carry this or that its on the web site. Did not offer answers. didn't offer solutions, didn't say let me find out for you. Terrible customer service. Would recommend you go elsewhere.
