Not a good visit, waited 20 min after asking for a sales rep, then left after another 15 min wait when no one showed. Only got noticed when we asked to see floor manager and complained about the terrible customer service they provided. Went to Lowes who provided much better service

Purchased an LG washer in February 2018 to replace a defective unit. Pricing was competitive and salesperson knowledgeable / readily available. Issue was getting charged $80 for install and $25 for hauling away defective washer only to find out delivery company would not install nor haul away. I demanded (and received) these charges be refunded and asked Home Depot to pick up old unit. After 2 broken promises from Home Depot to haul away old unit, I’m still waiting for shipping company to contact me. Embarrassing.

Bought an LG washer and dryer. The dryer never worked properly since delivery and called Home Depot and they said to contact LG. Contacted LG and they said that they haven’t received a service order from Home Depot. So went back and forth between both companies and no assistance. The manager was non-cooperative at Home Depot. Will never deal with this location

Had a great experience in the paint department! Claire, the salesgirl even helped me pick out the perfect colour to paint my room! I showed her some ideas and she recommended the perfect colour for me. I'm so happy she took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond! Thanks Claire!

Love the receipt being sent to my email. I auto-route it to a receipts folder and I never worry about paper with Home Depo
