I accidentally cut my garden hose, and I called the store to ask if they had repair kits, and surely they did. I took my hose in just to be 100% sure that the kit would work. Even though it seemed straightforward, Mike asked if I would like them to do it, and I said, "yes"! They didn't even charge me for it. I was so grateful for their help. Thank you, Mike. I have a hose that's even better because you also gave me free washers for the connections!

Mike, the owner, was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He went out of his way to help me sort out my online order, and that too on a Saturday. The lovely woman working was so sweet and special too. Big brand with family business like feeling. Loved my experience and was very grateful.

This place is simply amazing. I've been going to this store for all my home and hardwareneeds for 30 years and they have not let me down. Not once. Somehow, magically, they always have what you need.

The family run business is wonderful. Support your local stores during these difficult times. They have knowledge staff and have a wide variety of merchandise. They sell a wonderful Tea Tree oil cleaner that will amaze you, it cleans, steralizes followed by an all natural chemical free scent!

Yikes! One of the worst stores i’ve been to-EVER! They seem annoyed as you walk in or god forbid ask a simple question.The lady working the register does seem to have people she likes though as she will not feel rushed to stop conversing and keep the line moving. Arm yourself with patience and time if you decide to walk into this store

What a gem of a place that Mike runs! Really surprising that he always has “just the right thing” for me despite the small size store. Great advice from him and Brendan to make sure it is either right right product, right amount, or how to use it properly.

The lady who owns the store is very helpful and sweet to you if you are a white person. To others she can be rude, arrogant and totally disrespectful, despite the fact that you are a long term approx 20 years customer. I've had a few run in's with her and they were not very pleasant. Customer service is not one of her stronger skills. Her son is usually helpful and easy going except when she is around.

Great store, small but they seem to have everything you need. Great service, nice folks. During lockdown, I walked up to the door, told them the few items I needed, and they were able to pull it together right on the spot. Fantastic!

I called the store to ask if they had a screw size in stock. Since I didn't have both dimensions for the gentleman on the phone...which sounded really annoyed.. I told him I would call him back. Now the line just rings and no one will answer when I call back : amazing customer service!!! take your money elsewhere!

This Home Hardware location is happier when they have no customers. I called ahead to ask a question and the owner's mother mocked me and called me incompetent. Once at the store, the owner was huffy, impatient and rude because there were 5 people in line 3 staff serving 5 chill customers. I was trying to support a local store during Covid because I thought they would appreciate the business, but I'll gladly go elsewhere.
